Overlooking the beautiful, rolling hills of Diamond Bar, the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch at Cal Poly Pomona boasts one of the valley's most romantic & chic settings. The Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch is a student-operated restaurant, serving both lunch and dinner. The restaurant is part of the Hospitality Management curriculum at The Collins College of Hospitality Management at Cal Poly Pomona. In the restaurant, students rotate weekly through various positions, including management, in order to learn all aspects of a hospitality operation. Some of the finest professionals in the industry facilitate student learning.

Disappointed about the salmon dish - wasn’t flavorful and no garnish and/or color. Was just a piece of fish on a plate - that’s it. Enjoyed the cheese and meet board, broccolini, rays jerk chicken and Cauliflower steak (vegan).

I would call this a hidden gem! When we arrived, there weren't many people. The food was delicious and we were happy to support our fellow Broncos! We ordered the poke nachos and bruschetta toast for our appetizer. We then had the salmon, jerk chicken, and turkey croissant sandwich for our entrees. The jerk chicken was so flavorful and the accompanying tomato-based sauce was also delicious. As simple as the turkey croissant sandwich was, the ingredients were incredibly fresh and well-balanced. For dessert, we had the "RKR" Apple Crisp, topped with horchata ice cream, and that was amazing too! It was a little too sweet for me (I am a savory person), but my friends absolutely cleaned the dish! I absolutely recommend everyone to try this place at least once as a CPP student! I'll probably visit again when I'm an alumni too! Everything is super affordable, especially for "fine-dining."

The Hawaiian poke is a must have it was so good and the Indian chicken dish was also amazing. The French toast pudding dessert was to die for and I would definitely recommend coming here and our server Gabe was super nice and friendly and not to mention attentive

The servers were delightful. We had the kale salad, asparagus, chicken and the salmon salad. The slaw that came with the salmon was delicious. We also had the coconut dessert which was also very good the passion fruit sauce was a great addition.

This is such a great place - difficult to find for first timers, but once you find it, you'll keep coming back. Be sure to make a reservation because as a student run enterprise, they aren't always open.

Great service, restaurant has a very nice vibe to it. Quick service and food is good. Only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the menu is very limited as it only has about 4 or 5 entree options. But good nonetheless and I would come back/recommend.

My wife took me out for an early birthday lunch. Our server, Evan, was excellent. We had a delicious lunch and enjoyed outstanding desserts to top it off. My wife tried the flan (made by one of the students); I had the apple crisp. Both were great! Can’t wait until RKR reopens in February!

Really nice food at incredibly nice prices. I loved the lentil salad with quinoa. I suggest you give customers a choice in deciding what they want on garden salad. I disliked creamy sauce. All other selections were good. Congrats to students. Teach them how to use cork screw :-)

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at RKR. The food, value, service, and ambiance were spectacular. The Parmesan fries are so delicious and the salmon was so soft with a crispy top. The burger was great! We would come back again!
