   We got held up at a graduation event that ran long and may have been the last patrons there. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating and allowed the celebration to go on. The dishes were all amazing each with it's own unique touch. We will definitely be back.

   I come to Restaurant 17 frequently. The food is always superb and never disappoints. Unfortunately, this time the service was poor. The restaurant was not busy, and still the server was inattentive and hard to find. He did not have command of the menu, and brought the entree prior to me finishing the appetizer. I did speak with the manager about the service issues - and he made an accommodation on the bill. You will not be disappointed by the great setting and marvelous food. My hope is that the service levels will be back to previous standards soon. I will be back.

   We really enjoyed our dinner and the views. Service was lacking. By the time I got to order the wine, our dinner came. And when I wanted tea for my dessert, i had to wait a while to order that.

   The staff members were very kind! They were not busy but seemed understaffed or overwhelmed? We were all served at differed times which was awkward. I ordered a dinner salad with chicken as my entree and was served it as an appetizer with my friend’s toast. My husband was randomly served his entree (pasta) with the children’s meals… though we didn’t ask for anyone to be served separately. We prefer to eat our main courses together. The last two entrees came out sporadically with errors but this was a very long seating and we had not seen the waitress for quite a while, random staff ran the food. Drinks were empty. I think our waitress was more than likely in training, she was kind but needs more training before on her own on a holiday. The quality of the meal was okay. Honestly, I would visit again for a cocktail and possibly an appetizer. Nothing was over the top, unfortunately.

    The food was ok. To be honest I have had better the fried chicken was burned at the bottom. They seemed to try and hide it with the sauce. The snack was absolutely delicious though so there is that. Our waitress was lovely and super nice. She made the experience very nice for my sister and I.

    Cocktails and iced tea average, coffee good, carrot soup delicious, entrees average, dessert (chocolate torte) not good. It tasted like it was a couple days old, maybe placed in frig uncovered

    We had a great time at Restaurant 17. We are currently switching over to a vegan diet and found good options. Everything was fantastic- the server, food and ambiance were just what we wanted for our 5th year wedding anniversary.

    The charcuterie board is a great starter…changes all the time, but always delicious. After that, a couple of small plates and, if you are like us, you will be totally satisfied. Try the ravioli or the mushroom with buratta.
