Through partnerships with local farmers, fishermen, and foragers, Forage offers a unique, hyper-local, ingredient-driven menu that is provocative and accessible. The bar program at Forage delivers classically crafted cocktails that have a focus on seasonal and locally produced ingredients. Forage also boasts a carefully curated and approachable collection of organic/biodynamic white, red, and sparkling wines, and a selection of beer from independent and innovative breweries. At the helm of Forage is owner/ general manager Stan Hilbert, chef Eric Cooper, and bar manager Joe Choiniere.
We can accommodate parties up to 49 people, though we do require the restaurant be rented for the evening. For parties up to 25, we can rent the private back dining room.
We have several menu options and are equipped to handle casual events as well as more formal seated dinners.
