BOURBON STEAK offers contemporary American fare with a focus on seasonal ingredients. The restaurant offers all-natural, organic and hormone free cuts of beef and the freshest seafood available worldwide. Prior to grilling, all meats at BOURBON STEAK are first poached to mouthwatering tenderness.
A diverse selection of 500 wines is available, with an emphasis on Burgundy and Rhone, accented with selections from California, Bordeaux, Spain, Australia and New Zealand. The collection includes Grand Cru Red and White Burgundies, First Growth Bordeaux, as well as unique and hard to find California producers.
The restaurant has also offers a classic menu of handcrafted, seasonal cocktails incorporating fresh ingredients and premium, small-batch spirits. A wide collection of rare Scotches, Bourbons, and cognacs are also available.
