   Had an 8:15 reservation but ended up waiting about 30 minutes to be seated. The place is really small, with almost no waiting area, which made the wait uncomfortable. The restroom was tiny, awkward, and poorly designed—you’re either in the way or getting hit by the door. The food and drinks were a highlight. I ordered the filet mignon with Brussels sprouts and the Penthouse Passion cocktail. The steak was perfectly cooked and flavorful, and the purée was delicious. The cocktail, while not the prettiest, tasted amazing. My friends didn’t love their drinks but enjoyed their meals. A major shoutout to our server—he was truly incredible. Friendly, attentive, and full of positive energy. He definitely made the experience better despite the rough start. Biggest disappointment was the rooftop being closed for a private event, which was the main reason we came. Overall, I’d give this place a 6.5/10. The food and service were solid, but the long wait, cramped space, and unavailable rooftop really took away from the experience. Not sure I’d return.

   Food was delicious, I had the French onion soup and steak frites with a glass of Pinot noir. Steak was well done when I asked for it medium, had to return it and get another. Besides that it was a decent dinner.

   Cold food (twice), disappointing service, inexperienced staff, and credit card destroyed by card reader. Incredibly disappointing. Absolutely not worth celebrating any special occasions here.

   The person at the booth desk was having a rough day with every co-worker. Terrible attitude. Aa another hostess was taking us to our reserved table, another customer already seated told her they wanted to move at our reserved table (shade area). The hostess instead of telling this customer that that was our reserved table, she just said, “ok to them, and sorry to us”, and took us walking around looking for an available table, of course on the sun!! The waitress always forgot to bring what ice, straws, etc. I had to ask the bus boys or other waiter to bring the stuff requested. The staff should dress up better, some staff looked like they just came back from the park. The bartender and busboy, are the ones who made the day!! Next time, I’ll seat at the bar area. The food was very good.

   We asked couple of times for special seating etc because of a birthday celebration. Perch never reacted or reached out. Good was average. After all - they decreased in service and food

   The experience overall was great. We decided to sit outdoors to see the view. I wouldn’t sit out there when it’s summer time and it’s scorching hot, but for the spring sunny days, it was perfect. The outdoors is just mellow and just chill vibes. The indoors was really loud in a good way though. If you want more of a mellow scene for you and your date or someone you want to impress, def should sit outdoors. It’s not loud where you have to “yell” and it’s just mellow. The food was great and the flavors were amazing. Would def recommend and come back. Thank you. !
