    Ordered 8 dishes to share and try with friends and the best thing was the bread. Nothing had flavor. I will not return to this restaurant. The waiter was amazing though.

    Love, love LOVE this place. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, this is the place to be. Hang out with friends, or just you and your love. The food is great, ambience is great. Italian place at the Meritage resort.

    Great staff! Had an excellent Caprese salad and my husband enjoyed his meatball appetizer and his main course of pasta with lamb ragu. My main course, a carbonara with guanciale was disappointing - not something I’d order again (meat was fatty and sauce way too heavy). Focaccia was ordinary. Our staff member was very attentive and helpful. Did not share anything with her since plates were cleared before we talked with her. Would return for their apps. Last year had a fabulous meal here so this may have been a one off.

    We celebrated my cousin's 60th birthday & the staff were ready & prepared when we arrived. Started with Champagne & a birthday card. Everything was great, the staff, food, drinks. We would like to thank everyone for an amazing night.

    Beautiful resort, the food was delicious. Best burger ever, French fries, smoked salmon Benedict, mushroom frittata and Aperol spritz were our favorites.

    Our server Euli was amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate a food allergy. The food was great and the pasta was amazing. Overall, a great dinner.

    Great meal! Love the decor. A little loud but the lamb shank was incredible. Our waiter Carlos was very friendly and engaging. We will be back!

    Great ambiance and overall very good food. While the servers were very nice, several mistakes were made with the order, and then they tried to overcharge us for an item we did not order. I wonder if a language barrier was the issue? Either way, the food and ambience were good enough that we will return!

    I had the pleasure of dining at Olive and Hay tonight and my server was Carlos G. From the time I entered the door my experience was wonderful. The hostess was attentive and acknowledged us when we entered the door. She seated us right away. I was early for my reservation and she didn't bat an eye. Carlos G. was GREAT he was very attentive during our entire dining experience. He made suggestions on wine pairings for the food and made my daughter and I feel like family before the meal was over. Speaking of the meal.... I had the chicken and my daughter had the Lamb Shank. Both were exceptional. We did order an appetizer Fritto Miso and it was light and tasty. Because we were celebrating my birthday, I was surprised with a delightful dessert at the end. I will definitely be returning and I hope I get Carols G again. Great Job Olive and Hay
