    Reservation for 12:30pm. Was not sat until past 12:45pm. Did not get any greeting or service until 1:15pm. Was not served until nearly 2:00pm. I have never received such poor service from such a high end restaurant. Quite disappointing.

    My daughter and I went for Heritage Tea on a Saturday at noon. Perfect service, perfect high tea food—egg salad was amazing, scones were absolutely wonderful, and the smoked salmon sandwiches were very tasty. My favorite of the “desserts” was the mini choux bun filled with the best vanilla crème pâtissière I’ve ever had. The service was IMPECCABLE. We both added a glass of champagne, which made it even more fun. I don’t know if I’d need to go often, but I would go again because it was a lovely treat.

    Excellent service… our ice water and my ice tea was never empty.. even when we were leaving they filled up the ice tea glass.. crab. Crab cake was excellent.. beet salad was excellent.. the eggs Benedict sauce was best ever had.. the bread pudding was excellent.. five stars across the board
