In the beginning there was a miscommunication with our reservation , and server had to leave due to allergic reaction but over a very good experience. The manager came and accommodated for the long wait and confusion. He was super nice as well as our server and ended up having a great night for my birthday!

Our server was Ase. He was very helpful and patient with us. He accomodated all of our requests. We ordered several of his recommendations and were not disappointed with any of them. Everything we ate was delicious. The meat temps were a smidge off, but not over so we were ok with it. Very comfortable seating and the atmosphere was great. We sat near the bar and the 5 of us were able to carry on a conversation with no problem. Every staff member we interacted with was happy and helpful. Including the 2 I passed on the way to and from the restroom. We will definitely be repeat customers.

This was our s cond visit, but first time dining. The food was very good and the drinks were okay. Mixed drinks were very lite on alcohol. We got seated in the back in a small two person table which was in a bad location. Servers continuously took short cuts to the kitchen by walking by our table when there was an open area to walk without disturbing us.

They were out of three too dishes. Didn’t know until placing our order. The place is great, music is great, definitely not worth the price for craving a dish they didn’t have just to settle for something meh.

The atmosphere, presentation and taste were outstanding. We went on a busy night so the service was very slow. We wanted to order additional drinks and a dessert, but it took too long so we asked for the check. We would definitely try it again.

Love Chico! Enjoyed date night. Drinks were delicious. Was a hiccup with the temp of my steak none the less, the manager came apologized and fixed the issue immediately. Service was great and accommodations were made with the slight hick up.
