    New Happy Hour menu on offer with some items from previous menu Received great service from server and his colleagues/associates. Child seat was in place at reserved table (high chair or equivalent was noted on reservation) Welcoming atmosphere for all age groups

    I had a wonderful experience at Earls. The food was absolutely delicious, but what truly made the evening special was the exceptional service from Ingrid. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly efficient throughout our visit. Her thoughtful gesture of bringing out a birthday treat made the celebration even more memorable and genuinely appreciated. Ingrid’s professionalism and friendly demeanor elevated our entire dining experience — she’s a real asset to your team!

    Vegetarian kangpow order, rec’d with chicken; TV not working in lounge for sometime and started working an hour or so after game started, came to watch hockey game and was sat in a booth where tv was visible; Restaurant was dim and warm, needs air conditioner amped up and good lightening. Some tables were using their cell phone light to look at the menu and their food; Waitress was not accessible for most of the night, asked other waitresses to get her.

    Excellent service from beginning to the end, from the front to the back. Food is tasty, portions are a perfect. This is our go to restaurant for family events, get together with friends or a quiet night for two.

    Busy Sunday afternoon for happy hour. A bit miscommunication at the front desk, we were not seated 15mins after our reservation other than that food and service was good.

    Brunch at Earls is very inviting now, still good as ever. However, this time I didn't continue to stay on for the newly revamped happy hour (3pm to 6pm) because the menu is now very disappointing and pricey.

    I had an awesome time at the Richmond Earl's last night. I went in for Happy Hour, and the food was amazing!!! I highly recommend the Nashville Crispy Chicken & Pickle Skewers as well as the Aburi Salmon Sushi Press. The service was fantastic! The moment we walked in, we were greeted by the friendly hostess, Chloe and seated in the lounge. Our server, Dylan, was very charming, efficient, and knowledgeable. He recommended some tasty items. The restaurant had a great vibe and was very lively. I look forward to coming back soon!

    Outdoor seating was much more quiet than indoor and suitable to have a conversation without all the background noise. Food was very good as usual and the service very attentive and friendly. Good venue to meet business friends for a get-together.
