   A wonderful meal. It felt like our every need was tended to. The owner made a point of explaining each entree, and checking back to see that everything was good. He definitely was hands-on.

   A good review begins with a good martini and Hush's was excellent. My husband and I shared the cornbread/biscuit appetizer and couldn't finish it. Because it was outstanding we took the rest home to enjoy the next day. I highly recommend the kale and quinoa salad and the flavors in the gnocchi were amazing. It's a must try! Hush is a bit pricey but the food is memorable.

   Best restaurant in Farmingdale! Loved every single thing we ordered. The cornbread and ribs were OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Then both my husband and I ordered the strip steak special served with potatoes au gratin baked in an iron skillet - OMG amazing! We wanted to try everything on the menu. Cheesecake for dessert was also delicious! We will undoubtedly be going to Hush Bistro again! Thank you for a 5 star experience!!!

   The food was great and our server Rob was a nice guy. He made it easy and light and we never needed anything he was on top of it.

   I've had the pleasure of eating at Hush 3 times. Each time I've found something new and amazing to eat and drink. It's a great city style restaurant nestled on Main Street

   Outstanding special new place on LI. Good date night place - small tapas plates, quality over quantity. Great food and atmosphere, however there is only one table that seats more than 2 people. We will be back.

   We have eaten at Hush a few times and it never disappoints. It is a special place and the staff's passion translates into the food. Great music, even better meals. We always leave in a good mood.

   The food is amazing . There are only table for 2's except for one table . The chairs are uncomfortable. They won't change the tv channel to any sports , you can only watch the food network . So hubby wasn't happy ( no football on Sunday ) small menu but great food . Go to eat and leave not a dining experience.

    This was our second time at Hush Bistro and again we were not disappointed. I had the lobster Eggs Benedict for brunch. My friend had the chicken and waffles. Everything is so fresh and prepared right when you order it, and not already made. The food is amazing, great quality and so delicious! The staff is wonderful and of course the owner is extremely friendly with his customers. I will try dinner there next, and I'm sure i won't be disappointed!
