   Food was fantastic and Christine, our hostess extraordinaire, made the evening just right. I can see us becoming regulars at this location given our overall experience. Highly recommend!

   We had a wonderful late dinner on Saturday night after a performance at Crow’s right next door. Our server Ryan was amazing and very attentive. He was multitasking in the lounge and we felt very looked after all evening !

   The restaurant is as beautiful as the other Piano Piano locations and it’s great to see the restaurant chain expanding. The food and ambiance was wonderful, however, it was extremely loud and I had trouble hearing the person across from me. The tables were set far too close together. Guests should not feel crowded by neighbouring tables or as though they are eavesdropping — or being eavesdropped on — during conversations.

   It was a good night overall and we are happy to have this new restaurant in the neighbourhood. A couple of issues… I was charged for multiple bottles of sparkling water, even though we never requested refills/new bottles be brought to the table after our first one (they just appeared and were poured by the server). So next time, I’m just going to request tap water to save myself the $15 per bottle. It was also quite cold… there was a draft behind us near the window which was a bit uncomfortable. Food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We’ll be back for sure!

   Everything was perfect! Service was amazing, and the food really good! Nutella tiramisu is now my fav thing

   I wanted to love Piano Piano but it was very disappointing. The food was overpriced, it was so noisy I had to shout when speaking to the person right in front of me, and the service was rushed. We had drinks, appetizers, mains, dessert and paid the bill in under an hour. They clearly just wanted to flip the table and move someone else through.

   An amazing 5* lunch experience only made better by Rosa's amazing service and hospitality. She took amazing care of us and is one of the friendliest, loveliest, ladies working in the business. Under her guidance and leadership, I am certain this Piano Piano will thrive! Looking forward to coming here again and again.

    First time at this new location. Food was great. Love the decor. Service, after a little blip that was made correct, was great. We will be back !
