Hervorragende Küche die den Preis rechtfertigt auch die Idee mit den Karten, auf denen die Speisen und deren Hintergrund erklärt wird, sind cool. Service entspricht nicht dem Niveau der Küche‼️ Nicht aufmerksam und im Laufe des Abends immer weniger anwesend. Allein für das Zahlen warteten wir 15 Minuten. Es fehlte die Hingabe und Zuneigung zu den Gästen. Schade‼️

Der liebevolle Service mit großer Fachkenntnis bei jedem Gang sowie der Weinbegleitung haben das sensationelle 8-Gänge Menü noch abgerundet. Der Stern (und hoffentlich weitere) ist mehr als verdient. Voller Überzeugung eine klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Abend im KAI3. Sehr einfallsreiches und gelungenes Menü mit einem soannenden Wine Flight. Zweifellos nordische Stilistik, aber doch erfrischend bunt und vielfältig in der Aromenwelt - fernab von verkohltem Gemüsestaub. Felix Gabel und das gesamte junge Team sind äußerst sympathisch, haben sich vorbildlich um uns gekümmert und uns einen wunderbaren Abend bereitet. Wir drücken die Daumen für den zweiten Stern!

Super Service. Tolle Weinempfehlungen. Sehr interessantes und abwechslungsreiches Speisenangebot in toller Präsentation. Der 2. Stern wäre gut vertretbar aus unserer Sicht

Wunderbar moderne, inspirierte und auch witzige Aromenküche. Sensationell präsentiert und durchweg stimmig. Das alkoholfreie Pairung zum Menu war abwechslungsreich und ausgezeichnet zusammengestellt. Der 2. Stern dürfe nur noch eine Frage der Zeit sein. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder. Merci.

Essen in Sternequalität. Auch für das Auge wird viel Aufwand getrieben. Das Winepairing ist schlicht genial. Man wird vom jungen Somelier noch hören.
