At The Millbrook Inn, the term “local food” is literal: we are surrounded by family farms of every kind, and insist our menu is sourced only from the finest ingredients in Millbrook and the Hudson Valley. In our elegant but laid-back bar and conservatory, we serve elevated, but not fussy, American cuisine, supporting local farmers and purveyors of every kind: from produce to eggs; from poultry to pork; from dairy to maple syrup. Our signature burger, has been called “one of the best burgers” in the Hudson Valley. In the evening, our intimate bar comes alive, with a wood-burning fireplace, great wines, and local, award-winning spirits and liquors. Just like our kitchen, we insist our bar is local; and showcase the best wines and spirits produced right here in Millbrook, the Hudson Valley, and New York State wine regions. We also offer outdoor dining, in our adjacent patio set amidst flower gardens and string lights.

In addition to our regular Sunday menu, we are featuring some meat-centric specials so whether you want brunch or lunch, there is something for everyone! Enjoy inside our sunny glass conservatory or our lounge. Patio tables are weather permitting and first-come first serve only. Check out our menu online. Please note, on Father’s Day, we welcome children 10 years of age and older. Table deposit taken at time of booking will be applied as a credit to your final bill. You can cancel for a deposit refund up to 7 days in advance. After that, your deposit is forfeited.

Monday night they have a deal, entree plus drink for $22. Entrees are limited to sandwiches salads and flatbread, so not sure of the rest of the week menu. Food was very good and value was excellent. Will return again

This restaurant is consistently good. The original chef is back involved, which adds to the food quality. The service is top notch. The bartender is both personable and knowledgeable. We find ourselves chosin this restaurant over others in the area quite oftern.

Reserved a dinner night here for my boyfriend during Valentine’s Day weekend. This Inn/restaurant was about 40 min from our home in Cold Spring, and unfortunately, we had bad weather (snow), but we made the trek. Despite arriving 10 min late due to the weather, they were completely understanding and super kind. The food was excellent. Probably some of the best food we’ve had since leaving NYC. The food was fresh, savory yet light. The waitress was very kind, attentive and the food arrived in a timely manner. The drinks were great too. It was truly a romantic dinner and quite cozy during a winter storm. It took us an hour to get back home due to the roads being much worse than when we arrived; but it was honestly well worth it. We will most definitely be returning.
