   Well, first of all it was not Bocado. The location we were sent to is closed. Bastone is now located in that building. Bastone was just fine, but I was really looking forward to that burger.

   The waitress was terrible! She ruined our experience. Did not bring utensils with appetizer, never checked if needed more drinks, brought a food with an ingredient we asked specifically to take out and she only said « dont’t know what happened, do you want a box? », and she brought the check in the middle of our food. Terrible! I took my husband and boys there because I previously had a good experience eating there but it was so bad they do not want to come back!

   Not Bocado's usual standards - "crispy" wontons in the asian salad were old and chewy. Staff placed us at the worst table in the gangway next to the toilets and didn't try hard to move us (even though there was availability and we asked). service not very friendly either.

   A poorly run restaurant, unfortunately. Several customers left due to extremely long waits to be seated or to be greeted once seated. Possibly short staffed, but the hostess and waiters present were pretty slow moving. The manager seemed focused on staff tending to things like silverware at empty tables while seated tables had not yet been covered. Visibly the dining room was quite empty, however they quoted a 30 minute wait unless you had a reservation; possibly due to what seemed to be an influx of to go orders. The kitchen seemed to run quickly and smoothly and the food itself was still great.

   There was a smell inside the restaurant, maybe a sewer smell. The food was just ok. The server was new and being trained. He was great as well as the individual training him. It is not a place we would repeat.

   The restaurant smelled horrible as if there was a leak somewhere. The burgers were not quality burgers, something you would get at a fast food restaurant. The fries were burned. Not the same experience I remember years ago.

   The restaurant smelled like sewage and the bathrooms were a mess. Food was good and our waitress was pleasant and attentive

   Our server Vivian was very efficient and nice. The shrimp po boy was much better than expected for a burger place! Wish that the menu was a title more extensive, but this was a nice place to go for a quick bite to eat!
