This place has been on our radar to try for a long time. We went with a party of 8 for my birthday on May 24. The food was absolutely outstanding. We shared a bunch of dishes: oysters (tasted so fresh), Caesar salad (incredible dressing and croutons), Steak tartare (delicious), pain au lait (we couldn't get enough of the butter!!), and the rest was outstanding: lobster agnalottie, potato pave, duck. WOW. We will all be back again. I also left my birthday present there and they were kind enough to hold onto it for several weeks after. They were responsive and kind. They even left me a birthday note on the table when we arrived. Amazing food and super adorable friendly servers!!

My wife, daughter and I went to EST recently and greatly enjoyed the evening. Our sever was very attentive and was able to describe the plates when asked. We had a few questions about the appetizers and mains and this helped immensely. The services was great and the mixed cocktails were spot on. We enjoyed all the plates and even shared a desert at the end. A wonderful evening.
