I was disappointed with the entrée I ordered my steak, medium rare and a steak came out cold and had absolutely no redness inside. Also, the sauce is tasted horribly. I will never come back again.

Was pretty noisy and the cost was more than what I would have valued for the food and delay given we arrived when it was slow. Waiter was nice and kept after drinks. I would go again but was pretty pricey

Love the Americano especially for happy hour! Drunk Wifey is a great tequila drink. Bone in veal parm is also a must try for entree.

Whenever we’re in Scottsdale for our annual getaway, dinner at The Americano is a must. We first found it years ago when the Four Seasons’ restaurant was under renovation—thankfully, they pointed us here, and we’ve never looked back. The seafood is unexpectedly excellent for the desert (the salmon and oysters never miss), and though I’m not much of a red meat eater, my steak-loving companions rave about their beef dishes. The wine list is superb—we’ve found some rare Italian reds that blew us away. Service is polished but never overbearing, and the space, while maybe ready for a mild decor refresh, remains comfortable and inviting. We always leave happy—and already planning our return.

When the food came out it was Luke warm at best, everyone’s food was barely mediocre. Great server! Getting drinks from the bar was like pulling teeth and we were sitting in a bar booth. Very disappointed for the money. We’ve been to Italiano before and loved it!

We got there early for a drink at the bar. Sat down, a couple of minutes pass by and another group sits down next to us. The other group got served first. While we’re waiting Around…. Made a reservation one month in advance for lounge seating. Confirmed the lounge seating a day in advance. Was sat in the dining room:(. Server was non-attentive with our table. But was attentive for the tables around us. Horrible service from hostess, bartender AND server. Was a trifecta of bad service.

Thank you to the phenomenal staff who made my Mother’s birthday such a great occasion! You helped me adjust our dinner reservation upon arrival, and helped to secure a reservation downstairs for an after dinner drink. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience at both locations!
