I have eaten here many times and have enjoyed the food and ambience very much. My latest experience dining here was a disaster. I booked a table on April 12th for a 7PM reservation on April 25th. The restaurant asked for a $35 per person deposit in case of no shows. My party and I got there promptly at 7PM and were seated. We ordered cocktails and sharable appetizers. We were told that we must order our meal at the same time so we ordered our wine, appetizers and dinners. During cocktails and sharables, our meal started coming out. It got worse from there. I've eaten in diners with more grace. What really infuriates me is that my Amex was charged $140 on April 12th, the reservation date as if we we no shows! I am so angry.

The server was nice but the food took a long time. A bit overpriced for the level of food. The restaurant is a great space and very beautiful.

Very disappointing experience. First we waited 20 minutes for wine, which was delivered by a completely uneducated “sommelier” with misinformation. The bottle was warm and spoiled and had to be sent back. It took 30 more minutes to get another bottle and by then dinner had arrived. The salmon was raw and cold in the center, though it was redone for us after being told that was “medium” as ordered. The crab cake was terrible and the steak and salad were average at best.

The dining room is absolutely gorgeous and the noise level is surprisingly, pleasingly, low. Service was excellent and the food was quite delicious. We will definitely return!

We dined on a quiet Sunday night which was a lovey way to enjoy the beauty of the room. Unfortunately it felt like the A team took the night off. The Server was polite but not present, greeted us with the specials list as soon as we sat down without taking a drink order. The food was fine, not special, and it was not easy to get the servers attention. Even paying the check was a challenge. Eventually the manager came over to take care of it.
