About this restaurant

Jason Morris and Kabir Kapoor joined forces to solidify their passion and created Le Fantôme. In 2015, the duo teamed up to bring a new energy to the restaurant scene of Montreal by sourcing local quality ingredients, and through keeping the cuisine equal parts playful and refined.

Since its debut, the restaurant evolved from having an à la carte menu to specializing in a regularly reinvented tasting menu, where diners can an enjoy customized tasting experience at the cusp of creativity. For those looking for an à la carte experience, Le Fantôme offers a selection of freshly home made pastas as well as seasonal meat and fish dishes on their menu. Le Fantôme is equally proud to offer their guests an exclusive selection of wine which varies from week-to-week.
