OK but not for the price - the wagyu ribeye steak was not too impressive
The place is perfect for special occasions, good ambient. The food was excellent and was serve pretty fast. Service is impeccable.
Delicious food and a favourite when I'm in NYC looking for a kosher halal steak.
Great food in an amazing environment. I highly recommend the short rib tacos.
Everything was just perfect! Especially Rick and his professional staff !!!! Welcome back and please don’t ever leave again!!!!! Thanks 😊 😋
There was a Bar Mitzva going on with very loud music, the service was terrible , the meat was cold , and not eatable , they didn’t have the wine we asked for , and the check was over the quality .
Best place Such nice and great service and delicious food
Every time we go at Reserve Cut there is always something new to discover. After the server mentioned the specials we decided to try the special steak for the two of us.
The steak was brought and curved at our table by a manager and between the show and the taste I think it was the best meat and experience we had so far!
Best Kosher restaurant by far.
30 min wait for a reserved table.
Waiters that did not know the menu
Asked for a rare wagyu burger comes dry and hard as a rock.
A place that attempts to please all and it ends up pleasing none. An unpredictable mixture of Kosher meat palace with american fare, japanese wagyu (fake) and sushi bar. The audience a Trump loud crowd. And the ambience kitschy corny.
Nice atmosphere, good food, royal service, planning to come back again soon.
My filet was okay, slightly overcooked compared to how I ordered it but I just don't think a 12oz. filet is worth $61, regardless of what city I am dining in. A dinner for two people shouldn't cost over $300 without many alcoholic drinks being ordered.
We’ve been multiple times at Reserve Cut and is always a great time! The restaurant is astonishing, the atmosphere is vibrant, the steaks are the best in the city and the service is friendly and professional at the same time.
Great cocktail and huge wine list to choose from.
Management was very helpful and accommodating.
Can’t wait to go back!
As always - the best .
Súper servicio y la comida toda muy bien preparada
Food was great although in my opinion a bit overpriced. Worth knowing that your entree will be expensive yet will not come with any sides. So if you want just one side be prepared to spend an additional $15. I enjoyed the ambiance, service, and food.
birthday evening out . perfect setting . they respected our request for quiet table. amazing lamb chops . pricy but great . beer from the tap . super desert.
Great delicious food, amazing service, and very gracious host.
Definitely a must visit
It was my wife birthday
Had an excellent Valentine's Day dinner.
This place was a hot Valentine's mess. But all holiday aside, the lack luster cuisine I fear is a problem I believe is year round. His steak was not the best cut and it wasn't just rare it might has well have still been crying it was so raw. My chicken was so dry I had to use the table knife to help yank the fork out of the meat every time I sliced a bite. The waiter was barely there and forgot the mash potato side dish. No seasoning could be tasted. But the decor is very nice.
I took my mom to Reserve Cut for Valentines Day 2018 and 1st I must say the ambiance is amazing!!!! Muliti colored rose petals floating in water lined the wine cellar walkway. 😍 The $109 22oz dollar Waygu Bone-in Rib Steak was delightful at medium temperature and one of the best steaks I’ve ever had. I would definitely came back for the right occasion. However some things bothered me. I reached out to Reserve Cut on Instagram to find out if the would have a specific dish they posted on their page. The response was that they would and when I got there I was told that they were out of Foie Gras which is one of my most favorite appetizers in the world. Including the beef I originally wanted which was the Kuro Waygu as well. The waiter said “ hey that’s a $250 dollar steak 🤨”. I asked if they had Blue Fin Tuna available as it was listed on the website menu and when I got there I was told “ Blue Fin? Hmmm let me see..If not we have another good tuna!” 😕. Near the end of the night my waiter disappeared for 25 minutes. During that time we ordered two shots of Bulliet Rye neat from someone that passed by helping someone else. I observed one of the chairs breaking as a diner tried to sit in it. What frustrated me the most was the fact that they didn’t honor my Discover card as a form of payment however using my Capital One, a lesser card was perfectly ok. I eat out often and knows what great service looks like and their was some opportunity here. Waiter Jose did a pretty good job servicing us however he could have been a lil more attentive. Overall I love the look and my mom loved it which made it all worth it despite the high end price tag. ♥️🌹. Thank you 😊
Great place to visit. I really have a good time with my girl.
Nice but doesn’t look kosher.
Really good food always, and kosher!!! Because i keep kosher is hard to find good restaurants like reserve cut around
Upscale steakhouse that happens to be kosher in the heart of Wall street area. Power lunch that makes you feel pampered. Love the steak sandwich and burger and impressive wine selection. Wide selection of fish dishes and solid sushi offering. Even the parve desserts were excellent. Superb service.
The place was amazing. Normally I do not expect much from a kosher steak, but this was exceptional
Did the restaurant week 29$ not full portions compared to the last time I went
For example 6 pieces of sushi as appetizer
Service was excellent as always and all of our dishes fish, steak and burgers were excellent. We also enjoyed the classic mushroom apup as usual. The only downside is the cost but for special occasions Ian worth it.
Excellent food. Because I ate from the Restaurant Week menu, it was a great value. I cannot afford the regular menu prices.
I was recently there for a special occasion and the service and food was spot on. I would definitely recommend this spot. I had the 14 oz ribeye and it was perfectly cooked.
It was delicious
Hamburger: greatly overpriced, the roll did not appear to be fresh. The bacon did not work well. The sweetbreads were good, but the spinach was too salty to eat.
Rachel was an excellent server.
We had a wonderful time, the sushi, red wine and salads were wonderful and our guest like their main dishes were good too.
Fantastic steak. The waitstaff was mostly lovely, a few slightly stiff that comes with upscale steakhouses I suppose. The space is beautiful and the food delightful. High-end pricing but well worth it for special occasions or if cost is no object. I was there for Restaurant Week so the value was high. The salad and dessert were good as well, but the steak deserved mention.
Unbelievable food with unbelievable service! Definitely coming back!
As always the service and food is amazing! !
The ambiance is by far the nicest and the best!
We arrived at the restaurant with high expectations and the decor as well as the service were roughly in line with what was to be expected from an expensive restaurant.
Unfortuantely the food was extremely disappointing. The salad we ordered (Tuna with Avocado, Mango etc..) wasn't interesting or special in any way.
The big disappointment though came when we received our main course. The filet we specifically asked ot be medium-rare came not rare at all (i am not sure it would even qualify as medium) and completely tasteless. We didn't finish our portions as there wasn't any pleasure in eating our dishes. The sides were OK but overall the meal was a HUGE disappointment.
I wouldn't recommend thsi place to anyone! There are much better kosher restaurants in Manhattan most of which charge much less for much better food.
Reserve Cut has best kosher dining in New York City
