   Our party of four all enjoyed the drinks and delicious food along with the view over Corpus Christi bay. The service was excellent and the Axis venison steak was very tender and flavorful.

   Everything was fantastic, the only concern was being sat right next to a dead plant on the patio, you'd think this would not be an issue at this establishment.

   On the whole, food was very good. Potatoes au gratin were a little under done, but everything else was spot on. Steaks were cooked to perfection, salads were fresh and tasty, and key lime pie dessert was a nice treat. Wine list is good, and there are some reasonably good values. Service was excellent, as always. Saturday evenings typically have some type of musical combo. Tables are nicely spaced apart, so a romantic dinner here is possible.

   Enjoyed the view. We both had the 8oz filet. Perfectly cooked. I had the lobster bisque. Great flavor, would have liked it hotter. We had the Brussels sprouts. Too sweet and too much sauce. Wasn’t hot enough either. Service was great and atmosphere was nice. Would go back for sure.

    This was not our first time here its always a repeat for special occassions (our anniversary) The experience was nothing short of amazing. The wait staff was just phenominal as well as the food and the view. Never dissappoints.

    We dined here for our anniversary. View was amazing. Food was delicious! Downside was our server. He was not attentive. Seemed preoccupied. Despite the service, would go back again.

    Escargot with lump crab meat could have had more butter (flavor). Steak was tasty, but no sear from cast iron. Lobster bisque was very good. Just didn't get the "juice is worth the squeeze" on the overall experience.

    Reservation at 8pm, waited 15 min before the can sit us. At table for at least 20-30 min no one come by, finally the gentleman asked us if anyone helps us. He said we’ll look likes our waiter seem busy, he’ll be the one taking care of us. He’s great, but the entrees we wanted sold out, we settled for another entrees. Waited again for another 45 min for our food…the waiter was very accommodating, he informed us that system down Di food kinda delayed 🤷🏻‍♀️ Heard good thing about this restaurant and we stayed at the hotel , so we decided to celebrate our anniversary there. This the first also the last.

    We have been coming here just about every year for our anniversary as well as to celebrate Valentine’s Day for the past 15 years give or take. Sadly, for the first time I can honestly say I was disappointed last night. Our steaks arrived cold and were undercooked. We asked for medium-rare but they were definitely rare. Also the flavor was different. Rather than the salt and pepper taste I’ve been accustomed to I tasted a sweetness which I do not care for in my steaks. I didn’t even finish it.

    The restaurant was beautiful, and the service was superb. My wife had the halibut special; it was light, flavorful, and wonderfully good. I had the Bison Ribeye, which was great, and the bone marrow butter was to die for. Overall this was a wonderful dining experience. After the entrees, we followed up with possibly the best bourbon Old Fashion I have ever had and an exceptional piece of Carrot Cake. For an excellent romantic dinner, I can not recommend this restaurant enough.

    Date night. We had a nice dinner with great service. The only issue was my wife’s steak was a little more cooked than she prefers. My wife ate it anyway. The service was great. We had our first dinner in the restaurant 37 years ago when it was the Hershey! Great then and great now

    Husbands 70th Birthday Seated at exactly the reserved time which was fine as we waited in a comfortable area and had drinks from the bar. Our server Mathew was knowledgeable and attentive. Chef went over and beyond by making my husband the most amazing carrot cake.

    The room was cold to start with which made everyone uncomfortable. My baked potato was undercooked, hard. My steak was great. While the waitress was very nice, she was a little forgetful of things.

    The restaurant was so cold my steak arrived nearly cold and the hollandaise sauce was firm. But the food was prepared quite well. The cocktails were good!

    We had a really great time the food was really delicious the wait staff was on point and made us feel at home and the view was also very spectacular we will definitely have dinner here again one of the best places we have dined in Corpus.
