We go every year on our visit to Jackson Hole and found this year that the food was not up to our usual expectations.
Visit on Feb 14, 2018. Food was good - NY steak, tenderloin and chopped salad. Came in on time and as requested - medium rare for the meat. Deserts were also good. Only thing I did not like were the noise level - we could not hear each other; tables were too close to each other - so not even a "restaurant" type of privacy and the drinks - my coctail came in an "orange juice" glass mostly full of ice... where was the coctail? Other than that, service was good - the server was attentive given that it was very, very busy.

Dinner in Feb.’18. Interesting menu - everyone in group (6) liked their meal. Great fun.
We had a group of 10 after a day skiing in Jackson Hole. The manager was very accommodating and brought out a little snack after we had to wait on our table for the reservation. We were bummed because they were out of a few items but we had a later reservation. The food and wine selection was great!
Fried chicken was dry and pretty tasteless. Potatoes were good. Service was average.
Love the Bistro....BUT....the sea bass, they served me, was NOT good.
I have eaten a lot of sea bass......what they served me must have been
some breed I've never seen.
Nice people but the food was bad. We left and ate again somewhere else.
