Remington's Seafood Grill
Remington’s is always fabulous! Every time we come to Dallas from OKC Remington’s is a must stop!
One of our favorite spots for great seafood and laid back ambiance. Always a great dining experience!
We sat at the table that we preferred from our reservation and the waiter/server was very attentive, professional, and courteous. Both the main entrees and side dishes were fresh and well prepared.
We had 6 people and it would have been better if we could have sat in the room towards the back because it was so noisy we could not talk. Otherwise, everything great as usual. My dad has been eating there 35+ years!!!!
I have been going there for over 30 years. Always pleased. and recommend all the time. Elaine Burke
I have eaten there for 40 years. This time, the food went in one orifice and out the other almost before I got home! The waiter had trouble figuring the bills because I had a gift card and wanted to share it and take $25 off of each bill. Difficult, right? It took about 20 minutes to straighten that out!
Dependable. Great staff. Specials are where it is at.
EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT! SERVICE, FOOD, QUIET ENOUGH TO ENJOY GOOD CONVERSATION ... WE LOVE REMINGTON'S.
Great Lunch Specials. Awesome food.
The best New Orleans style sea food in Dallas, and reasonable pricing
THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT AND SERVICE IMPECABLE. BUT THE NEW YORK PRICING WILL KEEP US FROM BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER. $27-$37 FOR A QUARTER OF A FISH FILLET IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS
Remington's remains a neighborhood gem for decades. It's better than ever.
Always a favorite - not really fancy, but comfortable and a good value.
As always, we had an excellent meal and quality service. We have been coming to Remingtons since it opened in 1979. Before that it was Oysters and we visited often
Our experience was amazing! From service to food to ambience. We live 35 minutes away but worth the drive.
Terrific wait service. Neighborhood restaurant consistently good for years. Older Customers.
One of the best seafood restaurants in DFW metroplex.
Our go to restaurant for special occasions. Love the seafood gumbo and special fish entrees. Had parmesan halibut that was sooo delicious!
great food and service in an adult, quiet environment
Great, fresh oysters on half-shell. Delicious seafood platter and pecan-crusted catfish. Decadent, warm apple pie a la mode with brandy cream sauce. Superb service. Graying crowd, dated atmosphere. Don’t care-good food. It’s why they’ve been around so long!
Remington's is always a favorite. The fish is fresh and delicious, the gumbo and hush puppies are wonderful, and the service is great. This is one of our go-to restaurants.
Buddies from the island were very happy with everything they ate. Great job By Remington
For a steakhouse and the price range this was definitely sub par. The meal reminded me of something I would get from ruby tuesdays or chili’s ( no disrespect for these 2 restaurants but when you go there you should not be expecting a meal like Ruth Chris). Service was good, probably the best thing I can mention!
Excellent meal even though the restaurant was very busy with a big party.
Excellent food and value. Decor could use an upgrade.
Has been our go to place for a good seafood meal and have never been disappointed. Always fresh and well prepared the dinners have been very delicious. The service is great and attentive to our needs.
Everything was perfect from the time we walked until we left. It’s always the same. PERFECT
Food was good and waiter was attentive, but waited on order for about 20 - 30 minutes. On prior visits food arrived much more quickly.
The snapper was not as good as it usually is
Phenomenal experience! Bobby our server’s recommendations were great. Oysters were huge, mussels and what sauce they were cooked in were awesome! The Gumbo my wife had she loved, and the etouffee was like I was in Louisiana. Cocktails were done quickly and made well. An overall great experience for two out of towners. Would definitely go back!
I always find that a meal at Remington's is very satisfying.
Remington's is a very welcoming restaurant and never fails to serve absolutely delicious fish. The only problem with the coleslaw is that I could eat twice as much!
We hadn't been to Remingtons for several years and met friends there for dinner this week. The ambiance, service , etc. were fine but the food was very mediocre. The crab cakes were very expensive
and tasteless, the casear salad was good, my husbands trout was excellent but my main dish of oysters and shrimp was not good. Each of my oysters had a piece of grisele in them .
We decided that there are other seafood places in Dallas much more reasonable and better tasting.
We have been eating at Remington's since it opened in 1979, and since it was the name on the front windows. The food has remained consistently excellent for all these years, the service is first class, and the ambiance continues to be just what we expect. Remington's is one of our favorite restaurants in all of DFW.
This was a last minute reservation for my family to celebrate Father’s Day. It had been some tine since I visited Remington and it is still full of charm, friendly staff, and great food. We had the Chef special dinner and app, plus other apps, wine, and dessert. I couldn’t believe how large the oysters were. I second guessed getting the halibut for the oysters but each main ordered was delicious. My only criticism is that the utter for the bread did not taste good and left a bad taste through the meal. I would’ve asked for real butter. My Dad had a great time and turns out we met a long lost friend who was also dining.
Quiet, delicious food, attentive staff. Superb experience.
