   Terrific food and excellent portions. But you know its the best when even though the food was so delicious and such good value but all the group of six of could talk about after was how amazing the service was! I was at the far end of the table but I believe it was Kim and she elevated the entire wonderful dining experience to another level level! Well done! We all made plans to come again right then and there!

   Usually everything is great, but this visit wasn't. My wife's order was excellent, surf and turf was of good size and tasted good. My order of the house famous ribs wasn't good at all. They were excellent size, just over foot long and looked good. BUT wasn't able to cut them for being so tough. The waitress was very upset because the ribs are usually good. They were dry over cooked and they forgot to remove the ribs membrane. They didn't charge me for my ribs and game me a discount for my next visit. Normal I give this restaurant 10/10 but sorry not today.

   We had the Prime Rib and it was perfect! Highly recommend!

   When I first called for reservations I requested 6PM, when I received confirmation it was for 6:30. I only mention this because we were in the Clifton Hills entertainment area about 5PM. which is about a block away from Remingtons so we decided to see if we could get in early. When we entered we were graciously met by a waitress who said our early arrival would be no problem. When you first enter there are a number of large bronze remington statues and the restaurant has a western, but not overly cowboy ambiance, it was very neat and clean, quite impressive. We both ordered the Prime Rib, I had the 16 oz and my wife had the 8 oz. We both ordered our prime bib "rare" and we explained that recently we had ordered our steaks med rare but they had arrived more towards the well done stage. The waitress assured us their steaks came to order. I also ordered a side of escargot. When the escargot came it was not the typical presentation, I asked the waitres and she explained this was the way they served escargot. It was served in a bowl with a cream sauce, the escargot were on the small side but they were delicious and there were quite a few of them. When the Prime Rib arrived they appeared more towards the med well side we made comment to the waitress who assured us they would be red inside. They were in fact more towards the med stage but not wanting to make an issue out of it we kept them. The flavor was very good though more done than requested. The Prime Rib was served with a horseradish side that the waitress said they made themselves. I can only say the horseradish side they make is the best I have ever had. It was so good that if they bottled it I would have bought a bottle on the spot. We finished with a creme brulee which was very good. They advertise that the wait staff goes among the tables, that didn"t happen, but there were only 5 tables with customers while we were there. We would recommend it if in Niagara Falls.

   The quality of the food had deteriorated in the last two years while the prices have been raised. We won't be returning soon.

   Our waitress was Fantastic & really helped to make our evening that much better! The food was delicious and a large portion size. Our meat was cooked exactly the way each of us had requested. The price was excellent as we had purchased Groupon vouchers so we had a great deal for our money! All in all, a 10/10 evening!!

    The restaurant is very nice. Our waiter Barry was extremely competent and friendly. I wasn’t so impressed with the food. I wanted a baked potato and got fingerling potatoes. Not the same thing. I got three pieces of zucchini. The steak was good but a little tough. Our appetizers were very good as was dessert. I don’t think I will purchase the Remington Voucher again. The two $50 gift certificates are an added bonus which we will use at another time.
