Great food, excellent Sunday lunch. Service was very good, highly recommended pub.

Lovely food presented with flair and passion. Location is exceptional, as was the service. Second time back within a month and already planning another visit in a few weeks time

15th Century pub steeped in history and atmosphere. We spent a lovely few hours here warmed by an open fire. The food was tasty, well cooked and excellent value. Our dog enjoyed the cool flagstone floor and odd morsel that found its way under the table! Staff were attentive and friendly. Overall a great experience.

Excellent food and service, wine a bit overpriced

Went here for my husbands birthday, we could not fault a thing. Service, food, drinks, wait time and prices were exceptional. Next time we are in the area we will definitely be eating here.
