Excellent food at reasonable prices. I had the sesame crusted tofu with katsu curry, coriander rice, pickled slaw and tempura tenderstem broccoli. It was absolutely delicious. My husband had the venison burger with bacon, brie, and sweet potato fries and said that was outstanding too. We took our dog with us and were able to buy 2 sausages in a dish for him for £4! Outstanding food, great service and good atmosphere. We really wanted to try the desserts as they sounded delicious but we were too full to indulge! Thank you very much, we will definitely be back.

Had a very cosy, private evening meal with friends. Service was first class, never intrusive, always keen to please.

Brilliant service and atmosphere in the Plough. A great selection of meat and seasonal vegetables to accompany. The gravy container was empty, but a member of staff quickly arranged a gravy boat full to my table. A very reasonable Sunday carvery.

We thoroughly enjoyed a Sunday Roast at the Cricketers on the Green. They kindly shuffled things so that we could bring our dog, and he was also made to feel very welcome! Lovely staff, amazing food - and lots of it!
