Excellent food and top service. We had to change our booking twice due to more family members wanting to come and it was so easy to do online. We actually turned up an hour early due to family members arriving early but were still accommodated with no problem. Thankyou so much.

This is probably my 4th or 5th visit to The Smokin Lobster. Although previously it has always been the Cowes branch that i have visited. As it was my Husband’s birthday, and he had never been before. I wanted to treat him to something’s special. And thought that the Ventnor branch would just be that little bit more special, due to its location and views of the sea. It didnt dissapoint. Smaller than the main branch in Cowes, but with a typical low key, chilled seaside vibe. The food was and always is exceptional. I think being that the main branch has has more selection of starters. This would be my preference. But main courses, desserts, wine and cocktails are all spot on, fresh tasting ingredients and delicious. Its my favourite restaurant to visit. Even compared to other places on the mainland where we live. The staff in Ventnor were really accommodating. And even sang Happy Birthday to my husband, much to his embarrassment. 😂 We will def be back as soon as we can.

We had a great meal served by very friendly, accommodating staff. We look for dog friendly places to eat and here they made a fuss of our dog and gave her some treats and brought a bowl of water, for her. We had one problem, and that was finding The White Lion. The one way streets seemed to fool our sat nav. Certainly a place to return to.

The food was outstanding and the customer service was incredible and inviting Dami also, and time and delicious and everybody was friendly. Highly recommend.
