We come for lunch at least once a month, today was exceptional, full marks!

From start to finish the experience was amazing. My girlfriend and I booked to celebrate our anniversary. We were given the option to select an occasion and were offered complimentary Prosecco to celebrate when we were seated. We were upgraded to a booth table (normally for parties of 4 or more) because it was quiet which was a lovely touch. The table was comfortable and quiet which was the perfect setting for my girlfriend and I to enjoy the view and the meal. Service was attentive but not overbearing, professional but still fun and personable. Food was incredible. The crab fritters, chicken supreme, Loch Duart salmon and vanilla panna cotta were all delightful. The bartender also made me a negroni off menu which was fantastic (I’m a mixologist myself), easily the best negroni I’ve had in Cheltenham. We enjoyed a bottle of Pouilly Fume too, which was expertly presented and our glasses were never empty all evening thanks to the attentive staff. We can’t wait to be back, thank you so much!

We’ve visited Bella Mia before the food and service are always excellent. My only comment from our latest visit was the music was so loud we had to shout when chatting. I did ask if the music could be turned down it was but then raised again. This isn’t a criticism just a comment.

Food was very tasty. Staff could not do enough to make our visit enjoyable. Will be definitely recommending this restaurant.

We shared the smoked eel starter and the arctic roll dessert. We each had the perfectly cooked pan fried cod, which came with mussels and a delicate saffron sauce.The portions of puréed potato and sweet corn that accompanied the cod might have been a bit more generous! The starter and dessert were excellent. Prompt and attentive service, lovely friendly atmosphere.
