   Elevator from the hotel lobby to the restaurants was filthy. Footprints all over the floor and smudges all over the doors. Clearly understaffed as the individual servers were good but very busy and had to wait too long to order, get new drinks, etc. Table never cleaned between courses, silverware greasy, etc. Nice venue and food was pretty solid, but Rosewood Georgia is clearly having issues recovering post covid

   My second time in the same week. The best attribute is its setting. Even on a hot day (27C) our table was shaded at noon and remained cool. Service was attentive without being over-bearing. My two companions enjoyed their paella and halibut, but my burger was very ordinary (much better at some of the casual chains). Lunch and dinner menus are identical. They really need to broaden the menu and introduce some lighter dishes for lunch eg. salads with protein option.

   Always love your ambiance, food, vibe, service! This time, I tried the paella and the lobster tacos.. I was not disappointed!! They are soo yummy!! And of course the sundae!! I lost control there!! LOL!! And again, my other comment is to add more choices in the menu list. Thank you again! 💕😍💋

   Was okay. Didn’t get anything special as I put in the notes. We weren’t drinking so I think the server wasn’t even interested in us. Would recommend to friends to try only because it’s one of few roof top patios in Vancouver.

   They told us right away that we could only be there for 1.5 hours, which was a bit of a damper on the experience. The drinks and food were overpriced and not the greatest. Portions were small. They try to copy some of cactus clubs signature dishes but at double the cost. Not worth it.

    Most over-rated and over-priced restaurant in Vancouver. Had lunch with 2 business friends. Spent more than $300 . Wine is outrageously expensive at $80 for the cheapest bottle of white. The acoustics are the worst ever experienced. We could hardly hear each other.

    Beautiful modern rooftop lounge at the top of a hotel. Craft cocktails are a nice touch. Food menu is small and carefully created. We ordered the octopus appetizer which was perfectly seasoned and grilled. Also ordered the lobster tacos which were delicious. Portions are small but packed with flavour. Overall, great experience.

    Great location, beautiful patio. Service was slow, server was not very attentive...waited too long to order drinks initially, and then to take subsequent order. No friendly chatter from the server, the experience was what I would expect at very basic restaurant where they didn't really care. Main course was delivered prior to appetizers, then server questioned what we ordered and seemed confused...no apology for the confusion, just marched away. Not sure if it was her fault or the kitchen, but there was a disconnect. Food was way overpriced for what they delivered, and the service didn't make up for it. Overall, for $450 for 3 mains, 2 appetizers, and 6 cocktails for 3 people, it was NOT worth the money. I would much rather have spent a little more and eaten downstairs at Hawksworth. Will not go back.

    Reflections is GORGEOUS! The drinks are very lovely and creative, vary in price~ some can be quite expensive but are unique and very Instagram worthy. Our server Martin was attentive and friendly. I found the flatbread good but not magical, next time I will try a different item to compare!

    Service was incredibly slow. 10 minutes before the server came to the table, another 10 before he took our drink order, half an hour after that he finally took our food order. Almost an hour sitting before our food order was taken. Not what I would expect for somewhere so fancy. Location is beautiful, ambiance is great and the food is good although portion sizes on the small size for the price.

    I booked a reservation at Reflections under the recommendation of several friends and decided that a 5-star hotel and restaurant would have been the perfect place to celebrate my wedding day, but it turned out to be quite the opposite. We called to advise that my wedding ceremony finished later than expected and we were running late for our reservation, immediately the hostess who answered the phone was quite dismissive. Once we arrived at the restaurant no one acknowledged/congratulated us on our special day despite having put specific notes on my reservation. Service overall was not prompt and engaging and again no acknowledgement of the special celebration. Two people out of the 4 guests at the table received their food 10 minutes before the rest of group, when the other 2 (one was me, the bride) later received the order, the eggs on our bennys were ice cold. We waited another 5 minutes, hoping that the server or a manager would quality check our table, but it never happened. One of my guests had to go to the front and ask to speak to a manager. The server then came over and we mentioned about the 2 eggs Benny being cold, she offered a remake but only took one plate. Then we received one remake but no sight of the other one. Another 5 minutes passed by, and the final plate made its way to the table thanks to the chef. The manager then walked by our table, looked to see if the food had arrived but did not quality check or attempt to rectify this mistake. After some time of waiting, the manager then came over to apologize and offered me a complimentary drink, failing to notice that the other guests drinks were empty and could have used some love and attention as well. I do understand that not every service can run perfectly, but I would expect that a luxury establishment like yours is able to identify their shortcomings on the spot and turn them around, especially on a first time guests’ wedding day.

    An experience of both highs and lows during our visit to Reflections today. We are planning a special event and had previously sampled some incredible dishes courtesy of Chef Sushant. However, when we arrived, the servers were not very enthusiastic or accommodating. A lot of our queries went unheeded or even simple things like getting coffees or lattes were impossible to provide. We were also told a coffee will take them 20 mins to make, and a “special” drink such as oat milk latte js “IMPOSSIBLE”. However, Chef Sushant came out and saved the day! His kindness and accommodating nature meant we ended up eating well, as well as enjoying several drinks which even made neighbouring tables turn their heads! It was unfortunate that small snacks or nibbles weren’t available to accompany their ‘Garden Tree’ drink flight, meaning the restaurant missed an opportunity to appease us as clients but also to generate more revenue. Our experiences at the 5* Fairmont Pacific Rim are ALWAYS positive because they are willing to find solutions for both sides. Hopefully the next time we come to Reflections, we would expect to receive the high service standards which are typical of the Rosewood brand. Last but not least, thanks chef Sushant you’re the only reason we will return.

    Started off quiet, got very loud. Coffee cold, took forever to get fresh cups, pepper grinder did not work but he did get it refilled. Credit card machine malfunctioned but they did get another. Got very loud at about 12:30. After we were served our brunch could not get any attention from our waitress, just ignored. Trying to get the bill was ridiculous especially with people lined up at the door. Food was very good but if you are over 55 this is not the place for you, sadly. Because it is a lovely terrace.

    Unacceptably slow lunch service. Food and ambiance was good but service was amongst the worst/slowest ever experienced. Half our group re-ordered different food as we were told 30+ minutes after ordering that the food would be another 35 minutes.

    The food took such a long time. I think we waited around 30-40 minutes before our food came. It was also not worth the price. Some dishes were super expensive, which was expected, and the portions were tiny. If it tasted really good, I would be fine with that. It did not taste superb, just mediocre. The environment was super nice though - I loved the open concept.

    The ambiance, decor and service were exceptional but the food unfortunately was mediocre. Cocktails were fabulous but when we received the Charcuterie/Antipasti plate was very disappointed. Instead of a baguette we received 4 slices of toast and it was plated terribly with ketchup which being Italian, definite zero for accompaniment. My friends had the burgers and were underwhelmed by the flavor. Sorry, but the food could have been much better.

    Atmosphere beautiful but food took over 1 hour to come and my order was incorrect. They competed my order and we got lots of apologies

    Clearly understaffed and it showed in every interaction. Drink orders weren’t offered until 15 minutes after we sat. Food order came out incorrect and it was a different server who brought it so she didn’t care. Nobody came to offer salt/pepper/hot sauce. No quality check until the first plate was being cleared. No offer to refill empty water glasses. Had to wave down a busser to try to order a second round of drinks. I don’t even want to get started on the fiasco it was to get the bill let alone the long wait for someone to come with a machine so we could pay. Our server was clearly overwhelmed. I understand that there is a labour shortage in the city but it is the establishments responsibility to not overwhelm their staff and to stop seating tables. Better to have empty seats then to offer this level of service to paying guests.

    The food did not come until an hour later. The table who arrived way later than us got their food first. Clearly our order was forgotten.

    Wonderful place, the view is amazing you can see a little bit from downtown. For the price honestly I was expecting better food nothing special. I love sangrias but I had terrible one in this place. The citrus was pretty disgusting. The service was fine.
