America is not just a melting pot of cultures, it is also a melting pot of cuisine as well. The culinary experience we provide at Redz will be a celebration of America coast to coast, from the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest,South, Southwest, West Coast, and the Pacific Rim. Our wine, beer, and cocktail menus have the same taste of Americana as well.

REDZ Ratings and Reviews
We asked to be seated in a quiet spot as we came in. We were led to a table near the window. The patron at the next table was speaking loudly to the chef for a long period of time; we asked to change our seats.
We were helped by both a waiter and waitress--not really sure who was helping us (although the waitress was lovely).
We had drinks a margarita and lemon drop martini...both were tasteless.
The food was awful... The duck was undercooked and the skin fatty. My husband had crabcakes which were full of shells and filler.
A very disappointing evening.
Lunch for 7 was great though pace needs some improvement. Burgers were great love the toasted bun. Best sweet potato fries I ever had. Crab cakes were good as was the rest of the dish. Once this place gets its rhythm down it will be the place to go for better food in the area.
This was my 3rd visit to Redz since it opened and Chef Mirko once again did not disappoint! I tried the fish special which was served over seafood risotto and it was delicious! It was obvious that only the freshest items were used to create this amazing dish. The desserts are also fabulous and served beautifully. Our server Katie K. was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The dining room is spacious and you do not feel like you are sitting on top of the next table which makes for a relaxing and enjoyable evening. Go visit Redz and give it a chance, you will love it!
The food was good, service was good, the waiter was very nice, for the price you pay I would think you could get bread and butter with your meal! We where there on a Friday evening and no other diners came in, seemed strange, the few people that did come sat at the bar.
Such a disappointment. Went out because the reviews of the food were mostly positive and thought to give it a try. Hotel restaurants are usually adequate at best but you never know. There are exceptions. This wasn't one. The food wasn't even up to par for hotel restaurants. Very poor.
Service was good, friendly and informative. Food was excellent. Lobster and shrimp chowder was very savory, onion soup among the best we've ever had. Sea bass with lobster risotto was delectable as was the Redz burger. Will return to try other menu selections. Will definitely recommend to friends.
This was our first time dining at Redz. The decor as well as the restaurant/ bar layout are great. The bar is busy but a resonable noise leve to allow you to have a conversation. The specials were creative and great tasting. The Service was attentive but not intrusive; Karen is awesome!
We had a great time and will return.
I highly recommend Redz
This was our first visit to Redz, and it was everything we had hoped for and more.
Chef Mirko has astonished our palates yet again. The food was elegant but neither trendy nor passé. I highly recommend the duck entrée, and the seasonal cobbler for dessert. The wine list is simply done - not overbearing but featuring some really nice options.
Our server, Frank, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He clearly has a passion for hospitality, something that seems lost on a too many restaurant staffs these days.
Thank you Redz!
I am frequently in this area on business and stopped here because they were on Open Table. Otherwise, I would not have thought to go into a Doubletree looking for a restaurant. The prices were reasonable, the service was professional and quick (but not rushed) and I will make this an ongoing lunch option when I am in the area.
Our first trip to the new Redz in Mt. Laurel wasn't stellar...we brought 8 friends, and though the food tasted good, 3 of us had to return our steaks...and they came back to the table still cooked improperly....Anyway, we went back on Saturday night and were thrilled with the taste, quality, and service. This is definitely a place to try!!
Redz is part of the Doubletree Hotel. It has a recently updated interior. We were greeted warmly by our server. She introduced us to the excellent wine list. The menu was contemporary American with some imaginative touches. We both ordered the butternut squash apple soup.It was excellent. I bypassed the specials and opted for the lobster ravioli with crabmeat. It had lots of crabmeat. The ravioli was triangular and partly dyed with squid ink. Very good. My husband had a roast pork dish that reminded him of family Sunday dinner. Also, very good. Next time we'll try dessert. We'll be going back soon.
We sat for nearly 15 minutes for a glass of wine and a cocktail to be delivered. This was expedited upon speaking to a manager, but the glass of white wine was not chilled and the glass itself had food scraps on the inside. A second waiter that saw my guest and I looking at the glass quickly refreshed the drink properly, but this didn't save our experience. We will not return to Redz.
The dinner that I had was a chicken dish with a wonderful rice dish and vegetables. I would definitely order the chicken again as it was well prepared. The tasty salad would be great for sharing. The chocolate chip cookies were the best.
We were disappointed in the ambiance. Maybe it is not totally completed. Would suggest candles on the tables, some green plants, colorful pictures - something to bring some warmth into the dinning areas.
Our server was outstanding and he made our visit welcoming. We will be back!
We will be back.
My wife and I went to GGs on a Monday night for my birthday, 7 PM reservation. There were 5 people at the bar. We were the only couple dining. Needless to say the service was very good. The food was very good as well. The warm crab dip appetizer could have been shared with 4 people. The grouper and the sea bass dinners were delicious and the portions very good. The only knock would be they were out of the bottle of Riesling we selected. They brought us the only Riesling they had which was a twist cap, not even corked. There was no piano player on Monday night. Nothing fancy about the dining area but the seats were very cushiony.
