Great food, great value, service is usually better but it was still good.
We eat at Redstone about 3 times a month. I have never had a meal this bad during all my visits. We paid 19.00 for 2 filet tip/1 scallop app and the scallop was slimey and tasted bad. We did not eat it and the manager came by and got us a new one. Which came out the exact same way, so again we told the waitress that something was not right. The manager never came back and we paid full price for something that we did not eat. I would have expected the manager to check back in and remove it from the bill, which neither was done. Really changed my opinion of the quality and follow through when something was obviously wrong.
Very good food, great service, but since it was a Sunday it was a little crowded so quite noisy. Other than that it was a good first experience.
It was a great first experience for me! Out server/bartender Peter was very friendly and of great service! The place overall was just very nice and not overly crowded even during brunch when we went. I would DEFINITELY go back again! Job well done!
Brunch was delicious. Had the eggs, hash browns and thick-cut bacon, and a mimosa - basic but perfect. Coffee good too. Very intimate atmosphere.
Prices going up, portions going down. Not my favorite place anymore. Many other options in the area.
Manager made excuses for smaller portions.
Jerk chicken fondue & braised short rib are must haves!!! Can't wait to try the Buffalo shrimp. They're huge!
Had a great time. Was sad to hear the dinner menu had changed, but the food was still great. Will be back
Never had a bad meal. Some entrees are a bit pricey but always good.
The food was great. The service was pleasurable. The wine was excellent.
Had a reservation and still had to wait for a table
Redstone is my usual go to when I want to go out to eat. I decided to go and have lunch on my birthday with my kids. I was disappointed in my meal and the birthday treat. I had the fish tacos which was bland but I ate them anyway. But the biggest disappointment was the birthday treat. I have been to Redstone for a Birthday before and their signature chocolate cake with a sparkler is the usual treat. So our waiter was notified ahead of time that it was my birthday. I ordered ice cream for my 4 year old. Our waiter brings out a scoop of ice cream with the candle on it. To my surprise no sparkler & no chocolate cake. When I asked the waiter he says he’s been there a year and never seen cake brought out. I asked the hostess and she said that whatever dessert I order a candle is put on it and at my charge. So I can deal with no sparkler but no birthday cake? I wasn’t even asked if I wanted the option of getting the cake as well. My expectations exceeded the outcome of my birthday lunch. It’s a shame because I love Redstone.
Food presentation & taste were excellent.
I love this restaurant. Great food, impressive drink and wine selections, and just a good overall experience. Their fish is super fresh and their steaks are succulent. A must for a good dinner with an energetic atmosphere
Limited food choices. The restaurant discontinued some of its popular dishes. The steak I ordered was burnt and the waitress forgot my cornbread that I ordered.
Food was satisfactory but not exceptional. String beans came with my wife's meal which she did not want. So the waiter suggested a salad. He took the string beans back and charged us $9 for the salad with no discount for the returned item. Redstone is not the best value around.
Love the food. Excellent server.
Redstone never fails to deliver. Servers are professional and the food is always good. Never disappoints!!
Went for a date to Redstone. Good food, got a bottle of wine. Pricey, but paying for the ambience. Good Service. Food was tasty, bottle of wine over priced.
This was a delightful dining experience. My daughter-in-law and I were celebrating our mutual birthdays, and the waiter suggested a key lime pie for dessert, put two candles on it and it was wonderful. What a great afternoon.
Love this place. Its one of my favorite restaurants to go to when Im in Plymouth Meeting. Try to Jumbo Buffalo Shrimp!
Amazing as always! My husband and I enjoy coming here as our date night! Xo
A nice place with good food but not a good value. SMall portions and overpriced.
Excellent my wife and I enjoyed the meal just sad that you no longer offer the Lobster bisque soup
The hostesses are consistently rude snotty and dismissive. I love the food and the overall ambiance but I can’t stand the hostess and they are the first people you interact with. The waiters and waitresses are great but the hostesses need to go! They need training.
Bit disappointed on prime rib. It was tough.
Stoli dolies always good.
Very expensive for 2 for business lunch. salad with small amount of chicken for $16.50 each. A little much
First time at this place and it was wonderful, the food was very good. I didn't like my cocktail, but it was made just like the menu said, it just wasn't for me. I am glad that I had a gift card, because it was quite expensive.
Each visit to Redstone has left me with a positive experience. I had a reservation for 5 and arrived about 15 minutes early. After waiting about 5 minutes I received a text message that my table was ready. Our server came to our table and introduced himself and took the drink order of myself and another one of my dining guest while we waiting for the remaining 3 to arrive. After placing our order for appetizers, the wait time for them to be delivered to our table was quite sufficient. Not too long and not to fast to question whether our food was prepared properly. Each one of us ordered something different and had zero complaints about the food. One of my dining companions was not happy with none of the three drinks he ordered but the food made up for that. I enjoyed my grilled wings with ranch dressing as well as my cedar plank salmon (pictured).
Great food, the cedar plank salmon was very good was was the tuna. Regular salad was to die for!
