Redstone American Grill - Plymouth Meeting Ratings and Reviews
Really enjoyed ourselves for the most part. Food was delicious and really enjoyed it! Our server (Pete/Peter)was nice enough but could tell we weren’t ordering enough food for him (we ordered big entrees and no starters or salads as their portions are large). We were saving room for dessert - but ended up being too full for that too. We were put in a booth for 6 people on the left side of the restaurant and there were 3 of us. I’m guessing they needed to turn the table as I felt like they wanted us to leave. I believe he rolled his eyes walking away from our table when my friend asked for a little more water before we left - after her glass of wine. The short ribs and crab cake dinners are really delicious! Will be back but hope to not have Pete again!
The food was very good and the value was excellent. The atmosphere was nice and I liked that there was some room between the tables. The service was good but we felt rushed. As we had a group of 7 together for a Christmas celebration, we wanted to dine and enjoy the evening together. The waiter appeared to be more interested in flipping the table then listening to want we wanted. This was the only drawback of the evening.
Always a great time!! Fun five from the bar to patio or if you want a nice private booth. Volunteer cab by the glass is the best Napa cab I have had by the glass anywhere around and their signature series cab is always great and unique. Our server was great at recommendations and on top of that got $100 in gift cards with a $25 bonus gift card. Can’t wait to go back
We enjoyed our lunch very much. There was an item on the menu that had been removed. I was so looking forward to having it and I had recommended it to my friends. When I called the restaurant to inquire about it, the chef agreed to make this dish to order for us and it was delicious, perfect. Thank you so much, Joy, for making our day.
I was very disappointed that they took the chicken noodle soup off the menu. I did order the French onion, which was good but extremely salty and my husband got the shrimp and corn chowder which was bland. In addition, the prices have gone up and it is very expensive for a normal lunch. The steakhouses Cobb salad had three small pieces of steak and mostly vegetables for $17, which is not a good value. The service there is always great, though.
First time coming to this restaurant. I met three work colleagues for lunch. It has a very nice atmosphere and even offers a heated patio preceding even in November. Nice selection of food to choose from although they're known for the rotisserie. Two of my friends ordered the buffalo shrimp which was outstanding and I had a fantastic spinach salad with rotisserie chicken walnuts and applewood bacon. Foods is,of high quality and you can tell was Farm to Table. I would definitely come back again!
A quiet business lunch and not being rushed by a waiter is a good result. The menu at Redstone has changed for lunch, not as many choices. One of my favorites is gone, but I had a terrific chicken salad, now a new favorite. Always a great meal and great service at Redstone.
Waiter was "surly" and treated us like we were an imposition on his time. Noise level was so loud that we had trouble hearing our conversation. Food was well prepared and presented and tasted good. Prices were on the high end. Will avoid returning to this restaurant.
