I included a seating preference, along with a note that we were celebrating a birthday in our reservation request.

Upon arrival we were advised we were 6th in line for seating outside & there was a wait, while I recognize that preferred seating is a request, not a guarantee, I would have hoped an establishment such as Redstone would review requests prior to arrival and would have been able accommodated.

The hostess or waitress didn’t even acknowledged his birthday. I did eventually go up to the hostess stand to ask for help in ordering a dessert as a sign of celebration, as to not order in front of him.

I would not recommend Redstone as a restaurant for celebrating an experience, just a typical Wednesday night out - at a high price point. Looking back on the night, I’m disappointed we didn’t go somewhere else.

The food was outstanding. The buffalo shrimp appetizer was so good that we ordered two double orders. The ribs are our favorites and they were delicious. Our server was great, took our orders promptly, brought them BACK promptly and served us with a smile the whole time. A great birthday dinner all around!

Sat outside which was amazing! The heated lamps and light breeze made it a perfect day to sit outside. Food was great as usual, LOVE the buffalo shrimp!

This was our 1st visit to your establishment. It was nicely decorated. It did take our server quite a bit of time to address our table. She did ask us if we had been before which we promptly said no. So she was a little more attentive then. We ordered our food. And it was busy due to it being the Easter holiday. One complaint at most restaurants they offer bread with your entrees that was not our servers fault. I flagged her down to ask thinking it might had been and oversight but she said no but if we wanted to pay more for the appetizer bread so we skipped. Then as far as desert we wanted the special one and they were out. So it wasn't the best of experiences.

Had a wonderful Anniversary dinner on the outside heated patio.

It happened to have shared Easter Day this year and was hesitant on dining out. Redstone exceeded my expectations. Thank you

The food was really good! It was Easter and to my surprise they had buffet style brunch! $38 per person which is very pricey but the food was good! I always like Redstone because the relaxing ambiance it gives. The food is always on point and so is the service!

I wasn’t aware that it was a buffet; typically we look forward to Redstone. Was too crowded , the food was over cooked and not the quality we expect from redstone. My 2 year old was charged and he didn’t eat. My sister ordered a Bloody Mary and it was so terrible , told the server so the server took it away but still charged $14.50. Couldn’t find the server, took forever to get drinks or refills or the bill. $250 waisted. Didn’t complain to management- should have. I just wanted my family out of there.

We attended the Easter Brunch and was thoroughly amazed by the food, staff, and ambiance. Most of the food was good;however I was disappointed with the lack of vegetables.
I did like the carving station.

This was my first visit to Redstone American Grill, and I can promise you it won't be my last. The atmosphere is perfect, all wait-staff were excellent, and the food was to die for. My table of four inhaled the brussel sprouts appetizer and "world famous" corn bread, and then happily devoured our entrees. As we were leaving we saw a roaring fire and live music outside - which is where I'll be next time! A very positive experience, and I can't wait to go back!

Medium steak was undercooked and raw in the center. Restaurant agreed and took it back to the kitchen. Steak came back the second time well done. Manager never visited the table. Ended up paying full price for the steak that was basically not edible.

Great food, great service. I had Beef Wellington which is not on many menus and it was outstanding. My colleagues each had a burger and they complimented them. Shows the diversity of the menu!! Server recommended the Shrimp and Calamari appetizer and it was delicious. I will definitely be back!

Well... this placed USED to be the spot. Sadly tonight our meal AND service was below basic. Table for four - half of the meals came out correct while the other half were completely wrong. The waiter was not sympathetic, apologetic or understanding and in fact at one point made it seem like we were the ones who made the mistake, not the kitchen. A simple dinner that should have taken an hour turned into almost two hours while we all sat there with empty water glasses put in the far corner of a quiet restaurant. At one point a gentleman in a suit - presumably a manager? he did not really introduce himself - came over to ask how things were and when we explained, he said "oh okay we'll take care of that" - well we sat there for another 20 mins or so waiting for the check expecting our apps to be comped or something but received absolutely nothing. No offense but for $140 bill without tip - there are A LOT of better places our money could have been spent - this place won't receive a dime of business again.

I had a 10 AM reservation and they were only for customers in the restaurant including myself. I felt there was no reason for my food to come out cold (I had the chefs buffet). I asked the waitress to reheat my plate in the microwave seeing that I had an appointment and I didn’t have time for them to make it over again. She bought my food out Luke warm. The only item worth talking about was the bloody Mary which I couldn’t enjoy it because everything else was so bad. It’s a shame because the ambience was great. Step your game up red stone

This was our first visit to Redstone American Grill, and I don’t anticipate a return visit. We were entertaining guests and were very disappointed with the meal, service and prices. Bread was not served at the table and had to be purchased. We were told by server that ‘we used to serve bread, but it was always stale ‘. Now you have to buy it. We had the special- chicken fettuccini, and it was like chicken soup. Asked if it could be blackened, I understood why not. It was small thin pieces that resembled shaved luncheon meat. A guest had lamb chops that were served over cooked, dry and virtually meatless on the bone. Dessert was overrated and we gave it to our guests to take home for their children. A very disappointing meal and would not return. Next time we will go next door to PF Chang’s.

I had asked my server to bring me a separate tab (invoice) for the drinks. For some unknown reason, she did present two invoices, but gave them both to our host! I have no idea why she didn’t use two jackets for the two invoices and presented them in the manner I requested.
