The restaurant was dirty, the service was inattentive, the food was over priced.
Not like it used to be, food tasted like Redstone but presentation was lacking along with service! Place was filthy, food all over floor, bathrooms dirty. Sorry to say, but we’ll won’t be back!!
I treated my parents to lunch at Redstone because they had never been, and wanted to go. Our server was nice, but not attentive, and was constantly in a hurry. I think our visit lacked an overall experience. I had one glass of water throughout my entire meal. We had to flag our server down each time we needed something. He was aware that this was our first visit, as we informed him at our initial meeting. It’s disappointing that the words good customer service tends to be least important these days.
We had some of the most mediocre food and some of the worst service we have ever had. Without describing every poor aspect t of our experience, suffice it to say that we waited something like 15 minutes to the waiter to take our drink offer after greeting us. That said, those straw holders sure were properly maintained. It was downhill from there. The medium beef Wellington I ordered (twice, as he forgot my order and had to return to the table to ask for it again) came very medium rare. When I asked for it to be cooked some more the waiter tried to justify its improper delivery on the pastry it was in. Whatever. It was a bust from start to finish. Had the food been excellent, I might entertain returning, but I can think of 15 other nearby restaurants that deliver quality at the same price point.
It was the perfect setting for a first date!
Very good food, great service. We visit the Redstone regularly for many occasions and they never dissapoint. I recommend!!
Service was horrible. About the 5th time I have been here with friends/wife. Went about 30 minutes without a waiter coming back to take our second round of drinks order. Did not refill water from the time we got there (about 45 min.). When he came back, spilled full glass of wine on my wife (accidents happen), but never apologized, gave us 2 napkins and walked away to serve other tables. Other guests were coming over to us to give us napkins because the table was soaked, her phone was soaked and she was soaked, and we were managing to try to dry it all up with 6 napkins (including the ones he gave us). Manager comes over, and doesn't seem overly concerned and has someone else bring over towels. No apology until I asked for one. That is what ticks me off. Accidents do happen, and that could have been me that spilled a drink, but please own up to it, and acknowledge what happened. Especially at a place like this. I really used to enjoy this place. Food is good, but this experience was really bad. Too bad.
This is one of the worst restaurants I've ever been to. Potatoes were undercooked, salmon was dry. Chicken was super dry. And our server didn't know how to explain things on the menu. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone and would not return even if it was FREE!
Our experience with Redstone was very good. We made reservations for Mother's Day and the restaurant worked very hard to accommodate the times. Our food was delicious, my wife had the sea bass and I had the rotisserie chicken.
Our server was very good. He was attentive without being intrusive.
Redstone Grill is a place that I go to quite often and each time I've visited it has been a pleasure. The waiter and waitress know there food. I love Redstone.
Went for Mother's Day Brunch and for $38 selection was underwhelming and maintenance of buffet was horrible. We had 1:30 reservations. Every time we went to the buffet many of the pans were nearly empty. Selection not as good as I remember - no cold salads (other than 3 lettuce salads), minimal meat and potato entrees. Dessert was cleaned out by the time we went for it at 2:30. I like Redstone for dinner, but I won't do a brunch there again.
I usually have a great experience at Redstone, but I was very disappointed in the Mother’s Day brunch. We were put in a side room with beat up tables and chairs and packed with people, so it was difficult to get up and down to get to the buffet. It was also too expensive for the food provided, with an 18% tip added, just to bring us water.
Usually Redstone is a fabulous restaurant. We went there for Mother's Day. They only offered the buffet, nothing off the menu. This was a huge disappointment. Due to the fact it was Mother's Day, we would not be able to get reservations anywhere else so we took it. Nothing on the buffet looked all that good. I waited in line (long lines) to get french toast and eggs. After waiting in line twice to get french toast and both times it was gone before I can get tehre, the wait staff finally brought me some so I didnt have to keep waiting. I spent $40 on eggs and french toast. :( That was teh price of the buffet. Luckily my mom did find some more items she was able to eat but sitting on the line in warming pans, you get luke warm meals or over cooked meals. Waitress was very busy for only getting beverages considering food was via the buffet. I also had a hard time tipping 20% when all she did was bring us beverages. Mothers day was huge disappointment. And this is coming from someone who loves their menu usually!
We went here for Mother’s Day Brunch. Seated promptly. Waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable. I don’t normally eat Brussels sprouts but they were amazing!! I had 3 servings! I had been here for dinner but never for the Mother’s Day Brunch! Great!
The price for the Mother’s Day brunch buffet was too much for the food served
We were honestly disappointed with this years Mother’s Day Brunch. We’ve gone every year for over five years and found a few differences in menu choices that seemed cheaper and more bland than their usually wonderful food. We were never asked about my daughters age and were charged for her, but I found after overhearing another server that we shouldn’t have because she’s only 5. She has a nut allergy as well and we inquired about anything we should avoid, we were told no desserts since those would have nuts or a cross contamination risk. The manager told us to ask for ice cream instead so she could have dessert. We were also charged for that. The decor was amazing this year, it looked gorgeous! But the service and food were not even close to every other visit we’ve had with you.
The atmosphere was very nice
The food was very appealing.
Our waitress was friendly and helpful, just really rushed. Moved super fast, asked questions on the fly.... not really allowing for a response but at the same time we were taken care of.
I Love the food and the atmosphere love coming when me and my Hubby get a chance
Always a great time and great food!!! I highly recommend Redstone.
I really like Redstone Restaurant. I was disappointed that our food was served only luke warm. I really love their food but this time it needed to be hot.
Very good food and service. Excellent for dinner
Excellent food! Great place for drinks and appetizers. I really enjoyed the atmosphere.
I love Redstone every time I go there. I'm waiting for an event so I can reserve the private dining area. I love it too!
I thought it would be nice to take my daughter and family out to celebrate her high school graduation -
It was the worse experience I have ever had. Service was terrible.
Tim was no where to be found. We had to ask for drinks and everything at least twice. I had to box my own left overs and I even had to ask for a bag to carry them out. I don’t mind doing those things, but we spent over $500 for crappy service.
I will never go there again.
Waitress was very nice but very busy , we experienced long waits.
We were seated outside and it was so dark you couldn’t see your plate or your food. We would’ve asked to move inside but by the time we saw the waitress again we were done with our meal.
Good food and service. Rather loud
Shrimp burnt. Mgr comped when I complained. They should have never been brought to table like that. Said they had no general manager since January. Looks like almost all new help. Not a good sign. Use to like this place a lot.
Had marked reservation as a special occasion, Retirement, but not a mention from any staff regarding the celebration. A little disappointing, why ask if it is a celebration if not even going to say congrats or acknowledge it?
Waitress was very accommodating. Halibut was delicious. We had a wonderful birthday dinner with friends.
A popular destination when the weather is great...their terrace bar seating is awesome. First come first served so we had a table in the outdoor dining area. Still nice. Very good service, turkey burger was outstanding and our steak eaters were happy with their order. Kind of pricey for the place, especially since the decor is looking rather “tired”, but overall a good meeting place for a meal with friends.
We were unfortunately placed next to a private party celebrating a birthday. The table was very loud and negatively impacted our dinner
The food was good; nice beer list; cozy atmosphere.
Restaurant gave requested seating away moments prior to our arrival. We were on time. No one seems to really care there. Food is adequate. Service not so much. Will not return.
Food was excellent - try their signature pineapple vodka - you won't be disappointed!
As always, the meal and service at Redstone was great. This is one of our favorite restaurants for special celebrations that we like to go to.
We had the Calamari and shrimp appetizer wasn’t that good I was your French onion soup which was excellent I had the sea bass tacos not that good also had ribs they were alright and cheese cake which was excellent.
Very crowded and noisy at lunch. Cornbread is worth it!
We are really missing some of the old menus items. Especially the mushroom soup. Not crazy about your new menu. Also, we keep going there and the white wine selection keeps changing, not as good and the prices have gone up. What is going on corporate? Every time we ask we are told it’s corporates decision.
Maybe you should start thinking about the customers, especially the loyal returning customers.
Michelle our server was outstanding.
If you are looking for a menu with a variety of tacos - this is the place. Enjoyed the salmon variety.
