First time there Great service I love them buffalo shrimp

They sat us out on a cold patio that had been covered with plastic. Although there were overhead heaters, the cheap plastic had rips in it and the cold air was blowing in at force. It was so cold, we could see our breaths are we breathed. When I pointed it out to our waitress, she only offered to let the manager know if we like. These conditions were totally unacceptable.

I frequent this restaurant often and have NEVER had any issues until last night.

Reserved a table for party of 6 on the app. Received confirmation text for my reservation. Arrived at restaurant only to find out the app and the restaurant weren’t communicating properly and they were unable to find my reservation.

My friend also had a reservation that night and they were unable to locate hers as well. After several minutes of back and forth, they were able to accommodate both parties, but wanted us to sit 1 indoor and the other outdoor.

The restaurant was NOT at Covid restriction limit and could have easily accommodated both parties in same location.

Finally after requesting manager, and general manager they seated us all within same vicinity (socially distancing of course) .

The frustration of having to deal with that, and the host not being accommodating after the initial issue was the lost reservation, has really left a bad taste in my mouth, as well as my guests.

This was my daughter’s 14th birthday and her FIRST choice when choosing a place to celebrate it.

The overall experience (once rectified) was mediocre at best. Not what I’m used to experiencing at Red Stone! Again, I frequent this location weekly.

Very disappointed and I’m reconsidering visiting them next week.

It was my second time dining here & everything was nice, service was wonderful our waiter was so attentive fast and helpful. The restaurant is beautiful, & the food was amazing, I will be going here more often

Hard to judge a place during these crazy times, but they did an excellent job all things considered. Service was good, food was great.

All of us enjoyed our food very much. We would definitely go back again. The only thing we weren't crazy about was where we were sitting. However, our server was courteous and attentive.

Birthday the waiter said he would bring out a slice of cake however he never did.

Redstone is a great place to celebrate special occasions, which happened to be my 59th birthday. The food was great!

Their covered patio was wonderful and provided a beautiful setting to celebrate a friend's birthday. Food and service were outstanding.

Small family brunch. Excellent as usual. Food, service and everything.

Food was not very good and service was average at best, which was especially disappointing because the cost was higher than restaurants with good and service that blow Redstone away. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant to anyone...wish I could rewind and go somewhere else.

The dining was indoor with all windows and patio doors open so it's the equivalent of eating outside but with no heat so you're freezing the entire time.

Service was very slow and our server was non-existent. Even if we had an issue, we couldn't tell anyone because we only saw him once after our food came. We got our appetizers 120 seconds before our food was brought out and they offered to take our food back, why, so it could just sit back there until we were ready? It just made no sense. I understand there are constraints with restaurants right now, but if you can't provide a decent experience with as close to normal service as possible, then you shouldn't be open right now.

Even in the midst of a pandemic, the experience was great. Socially distanced, great service, and great food...

We have been celebrating our anniversary at Redstone for the last 14 years. Great atmosphere, great food and great service. Our anniversary wouldn’t be complete without Redstone.

I understand COVID is screwing things up for everyone but seating people by open windows when its freezing and the snow was owing against my back was ridiculous. I asked for a different table and was told I had to be seated by the window and then 30 mjns later-the hostess sat people at the table I requested. Ine table away from the window near the heater would have made my experience a lot better. I will not be dining here again until its 70+ degrees

We were a party of 5 that would not normally eat at a special occasion meal. However, our server made it FANTASTIC!!! Tina made us feel very welcome and made sure we were comfortable even in these COVID conditions. She made out night!

Beside being cold, the food and service was good. I expected it to be a little warmer considering we were dining inside with cracked windows.

Always loved Redstone been over 100 + times. Tonight was absolutely horrible, the service most of all rude waitress and the food sucked... very disappointed 👎👎👎👎and the waitress basically stood 2 feet away from our table when it was closing time to hurry us up

Salmon & skirt steak were cooked perfectly. The ribs were outstanding!

Everything was really good! The wings, steak egg rolls, ribs, burgers and the moz flat bread. This was our first time and will definitely come back.

Glad to get out for a meal. Sitting at a table next to a window was a little chilly. Wish I would have known the temperature of the venue so we could dress accordingly. However the food was excellent and the waitstaff prompt. Tried one of the fun holiday cocktails. Made it fun. Overall a pleasant experience.

I understand during Covid you need to follow certain protocols but with the windows open it’s actually unbearable it’s freezing in there
