   I have been to this restaurant before and I haven’t had the experience I had on Mother’s Day night it’s was a disaster running out of food is unacceptable the service ms crystal gave was excellent but over all I will not be returning to this restaurant Thank you

   We had a 5:45 reservation and were seated right away with a nice view of the Ferris wheel—great start. But from there, the service went downhill fast. We didn’t leave until 9pm. Our waitress kept forgetting items we asked for, so we had to flag down other staff throughout the night. It took over 2 hours to get our food, and other tables seated after us were served first. My mom’s turkey burger was dry and bland, and my chicken pesto dish lacked sauce and flavor. The apps and drinks were the only highlight. Sadly, I won’t be back.

   Food was delicious and sunset was very nice as we sat outside!

   To have a reservation clearly didn't matter we checked in for our reservation at 3:20 only to be told we would have to wait another 30 mins or so before seated we waited . Once seated Our server crystal was rude to my family everything we asked it was a sigh or eye roll or rush us to order . Once we ordered it took well over an hour for our food to arrive My rotisserie chicken came out the complete opposite than asked for and my shrimp were ice cold once my chicken order was corrected it took well over another 30 mins plus the server rarely came back to check on us as well as took forever to clean old dishes we no longer needed red stone is a Mother's Day tradition for my family so we weren't pleased with our experience even when we asked for clarification on the bill it was an eye roll we tried to take it as the server was just overwhelmed with her number of tables but then truly had to reflect that she was not practicing customer service when she complained to her Caucasian companion about her tip amount let us know who she was a person this was not a good Mother's Day experience as redstones qualify has gone off

   April, our waitress was wonderful! I like how they worked as a team. I thoroughly enjoyed my honoring my mother and aunt at our pre-Mother’s day outing at Redstone.

   Ok food. Very slow service. No beer. Not that clean.

    The buffalo shrimp was cold and rubbery. The manager replaced with fresh shrimp which was better.
