The hostess was very nice. Server was attentive and the manager checked to make sure that we were okay. Nice view of the harbor.
Overall, I enjoyed my first time to Redstone. we were a party of 5 for birthday celebrations on a Sunday evening. 2 people in our party ordered the prime rib but the waitress told us they may be out of prime rib!! We’re all wondering “how could that be on a busy Sunday evening”! Turns out they did have it but took a long time to come out. my sons was perfect but my sisters had a lot of fat on it, but excellent taste. myself and others had the ribs which were ‘ok’ but nothing to get excited about. The cole claw was very tasty and had corn in it.. Loaded baked potatoes were awesome!!
This is my 2nd or 3rd time coming here. I wanted to try the brunch was but was too late. The restaurant is nice but I would like more options to choose from and the items that I have tried were alright but nothing that I would brag about except for the buffalo shrimp...my husband loves them. The wait staff is great. It does get crowded on the weekend...would definitely put in a reservation versus walking in and waiting 30-45 mins. The views of the harbor are nice if you get a table close to the windows.
Server was fantastic!
The food at Redstone is ways good, and the atmosphere is nice.
The best restaurant, best food and service 5 Star
Our server, Simone, was excellent! She was very attentive. We didn't have to ask for our beverages to be replenished. She made excellent suggestions for appetizers. And the food was perfect. I will be back again!
I have been several times for brunch and certainly always enjoy it!
I had the rotisserie chicken. It was excellent. My husband and daughter had the ribs which they also really enjoyed. Nice cozy atmosphere.
When my daughter showed up for the reservation she was informed that there was no reservation for that evening and they were booked. We ended up getting a table only because someone made a mistake on another reservation. I didn't have my email available to show the hostess the OpenTable confirmation . This is has never happened to Open Table reservations before so not really sure what happened. It made a special night very stressful.
Excellent food. We had a great time. Will return.
Redstone view is Beautiful and the food was wonderful
Service and food were great with the exception of the kids meals. Nuggets were hard and tough.
Food was amazing!!
The service and food were very good. We were impressed.
Great place to visit with an awesome food. Great staff and service!
Less than thrilled with our experience. Servers hardly have time to check on you and food was nothing thrilling.
Food was delish and we had a great view from our table. Glad we made a reservation because it was pretty packed. It was also a bit loud in there, but overall had a good experience.
Booked our table with OpenTable app and it was ready when we arrived. Everyone else had an hour and a half wait. The ribeye is a must have.
The service was great and the food was delicious. I had the crab cake sandwich with old bay fries, one word to describe this meal "yummy". The ambiance is really nice, dim lights and friendly staff.
The food was great . The service was amazing , I didn’t get the table I wanted but I guess that’s ok .
Some of the best service I have had in awhile. Will definitely include this on my list of must-visits when I'm in the area. And the pork chop was melt in your mouth delicious. Well done!
The food is very good here. Service was good. Nice atmosphere . Would definitely recommend .
MN based chain offers great food. The National Harbor location showcases great views. Looking forward to dining there again.
I had my Grandmothers 80 Birthday here. The service was great. My older family complained a lot due to the food choices that they were not used to. They had a lot of questions. The server handled it very well. I can not remember her name. We were there 2/19/18 at 4pm and sat by the back window on the dock side. She was great.
The restaurant was packed, but thanks to our Open Table reservation we were seated quickly. The food was excellent and the service was great. Redstone is, by far, one of my favorite places to eat at the National Harbor.
It was great. The food was delicious.
Great view, and better food than I have come to expect at high end chsins
The ambiance is amazing, the restaurant looks like it’s a restaurant on the front of a cruise ship you can see the water through each window and the Faroe wheel. Our waiter was great I believe his name was Antonio great guy. The food was meh. I’d stuck with drinks and appetizers.
We had Sunday brunch here for my husband’s birthday. We made a reservation but it wasn’t crowded. It was rainy and February. I’m sure in nice weather it would be very crowded. Great location on the waterfront with great views. Delicious food and very generous portion sizes. French Toast with hickory bacon was so good!!!! Wait staff was great and so attentive. Would definitely recommend and return.
Redstone is one of my favorite restaurants at the National Harbor, the food is excellent.
Went for lunch. Pretty cool restaurant. Food was nothing spectacular, but good. Service was really great. Value was about what you would expect in National Harbor (poor value when compared to places in Alexandria but comparable to the others in National Harbor).
Great variety of food. Our meals were delicious, and the service was good, too. Loved the view of the Capital Wheel and Harbor from our table! Will definitely be back as my friend and I enjoyed our first visit.
The food was delicious. The waitress was friendly and attentive. Had a reservation arrived 20 mintues early had to wait the 20 minutes before being seated
We went on a Friday night. It was crowded and loud, but we had a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes. We had two waitresses because one was training. The waitress being trained was excellent, you could tell she had experience in the field. The waitress that was training her kept leaving her alone even though she wasn't familiar with the restaurant yet and kept addressing me as dear, which I did not like. I had the salmon and it was good, not great. They were out of the stuffed meatball appetizer which was disappointing. I would visit again to try something different because the menu was full of things I wanted to try.
It was my wife's birthday and the waitress spilled a drink on my wife, me, and into my wife's Tory Burch purse. The Manager said he was only authorized to compliment my wife's meal out of the 6 of us dining. I could not believe it.
It was a huge mess where it took 3 other servers to come over and help clean up the mess and help dry us off.
Our previous experience was great with good food and service, though the prices were higher than we had hoped. However, we so enjoyed our previous occurrence that we decided to come back again. This time service was interminably slow and we wound up being there much longer than we should have needed to be. The food was ok, but felt like we paid way too much for what we got.
If you do happen to go here, I do highly recommend the Jerk Chicken Fondue. Something about Grapes + Peppers + cheese works really well.
We frequent Redstone at least once a week and we love our dining experience
Service at this restaurant is always slow and horrible. Our server was extremely bad and barely came to the table. It took us 40 minutes to get our food from time of ordering and the restaurant was practically empty. Love the food. Hate the service.
Nice view overlooking the Potomac River. The Buffalo Shrimp Appetizer was the best thing that I have ever eaten! It was super delicious - the shrimp were very large and perfectly cooked - the buffalo sauce had a nice kick, and the blue cheese crumbles were perfection. My husband enjoyed the prime rib, and I the half-rack of barbecued ribs. Overall, a great choice at National Harbor!
