Redstone American Grill - Burlington
Overall food was okay. Different orders at the table had different results. The steak was ok, a little chewy. The fish orders were better, with nice taste and texture. The cornbread was good, but contained some type of pepper or other green vegetable which didn't go over with everyone at the table. The garlic shrimp were good but the bread crackers with shrimp were barely edible. One guest had a dinner salad and the greens and mix were fresh this is not an inexpensive restaurant.
The people at the bar kept backing up into our booth and they were screaming loud. One guy was almost sitting on my bench. Servers couldn’t get through the spot. There were open chairs at the bar but they chose to cluster around our booth. :( The manager tried to pass through there a few times but even he wound up with his jacket on our table. This was early in the evening, so it was very odd to have that experience vs after work on a Friday. I’ve been here multiple times. Love it. The food is always great and the service is always great. Overall it was still a good experience but we were trying to avoid the Friday night bar scene by choosing a restaurant and going early. We will still be back.
Our waiter Matthew was terrific! Food was awesome! Will definitely return.
it was hard to hear the people at my table and it was on a Monday night that was not very crowded
I’ve been here a few times before and have always been impressed, this time...not as much. Maybe because it was a slow Sunday night?? The food was ok, not as hot as it should have been coming to the table. The service was not as good as it has been in the past. Hopefully next time will better.
Our waitress was fantastic. Food was delicious and dessert along with salad was splittable and so good. Just wish they had bread to offer us. We were told by the waitress there was no bread to serve.
Pleasant atmosphere food was served quickly and was delicious. Our waitress was attentive. It was a pleasant experience. Would go again. My wife even gave me a compliment on the pick. Two thumbs up
Overall experience was very good. Our server was great and the food was tasty. Nice atmosphere, we will go back to in the future
The food was outstanding, and the vibe was very chill. Had the cosmo and their specialty pineapple cocktail was impressive as well.
Got the jerk pork, and the flavors were also outstanding. The vanilla bread pudding reminded me of the type my mom used to make. It’s refreshing to have a dining experience where the food is freshly made, and you don’t feel like your being rushed out.
Our server was pleasant and attentive. Best part is he had a sense of humor which made our dining experience top notch.
A little expensive but the quality is a definite 5 star
Food was delicious and service was great!
It was drafty where we sat near the door. I thought the food was a little heavy on salt and garlic but other than that the sea bass was delish. Service was great will be back
We joined a friend for brunch and it was delicious. The menu has a nice selection of breakfast items as well as lunch items. The portions are substantial. Excellent coffee!
Everyone enjoyed their entrees. Highly recommend Redstone
Service was good as it usually is in Burlington - 2 of the 3 meals weren’t their best work unfortunately - fish well dry and over cooked with vegetables that weren’t cooked, plus a medium rare steak that was at best medium
Our waiter Tim was great but they suffered a bit this time because of the kitchen
We had a great meal. It was fun environment, we weren't rushed and our server was very helpful and added overall to our experience.
I literally love it here .. food drinks atmosphere amazing.
Great appetizers!!! Shared the smoked salmon, buffalo cauliflower and amazing Asian glazed ribs!!
I took my friend here for her birthday and it was her first time, my third. The ambiance and food quality were great as well as the varied menu items. I would definitely come again for the ambiance and food. There were so many good options you'll want to come back and try them.
Some confusion about food allergies. Waitress did a good job but staff delivering food were a bit confused on what the food they were delivering and what was allergen free
Listed that it was my anniversary when making reservation and we were seated in the lounge area on patio furniture instead of in one of their many nice booths by a fireplace, not my choice of seating to celebrate an anniversary.
This is a must visit restaurant for anybody who enjoys food. I have had about half the menu and there is not one thing I wouldn’t to eat again.
Husband and I had our anniversary dinner at Redstone’s. My husband got the prime rib which was cooked perfectly and I got the haddock who he was a large portion that I shouldn’t have finished but couldn’t stop eating because it was delicious. Also had the wonderful cornbread as a starter and a delicious pumpkin martini. No room for dessert! Great service and value. This is my go-to restaurant for all occasions.
Had dinner with my 10 year old son to celebrate his team first soccer win
My party’s dinner bill was $145 and that was exactly what was shown to me when I asked to pay. After I gave my credit card I noticed it was charged $298 instead. After I pointed it out to the server he apologized and fixed it but didn’t go out of his way to explain and didn’t seem all that shocked. He said he will fix it. A manager walked by and asked if we had a good experience at the restaurant- he apologized too after I explained what had happened but didn’t seem particularly surprised or bothered... Our party was left with the feeling this was not the first time that happened and that could have been intentional to defraud us ( we are visiting from overseas and spoke a foreign language). I wonder how many other diners have been charged more on this way...
Will definitely be going back! Food was excellent
It’s our favorite restaurant! Great service and great food!! Hardly a long wait. We love the inside / outside seating
Lovely evening with a great waitress. Attentive but not in our faces.
The desserts are ginormous!
i meet up with friends regularly at Redstones for drinks and appetizers. We often order a flatbread which everyone always enjoys. Last night there was a special appetizer being offered a chicken satay and it was delicious. Another favorite is the cornbread which they serve with a wonderful maple butter and absolutely addicting. I have enjoyed dinner, lunch and Sunday brunch and it never disappoints. Out of all the restaurants that have sprouted up in Burlington over the last few years Redstones is tops for consistently delivering good food and service at a reasonable price.
Met friend for lunch and we sat in outside room on a beautiful day. Even though the view wasn’t much, just cars and other buildings it was so nice to get some fresh air without being directly in the sun. Menu was pretty extensive too.
Great service very good food!!
My favorite brunch restaurant! Our whole family has a different favorite dish and everyone always leaves happy!
Frequently eat at Marlton NJ and Plymouth Meeting PA locations. First time at Burlington location. Different vibe from clientele but the restaurants consistently outstanding. I always meet the managers and host/hostess and am treated extremely well.
Tim rocked! Loved sitting in the outside area. But a smidge noisy. But we wanted fresh air.
Nice spot! Food was tasty and service was good . Beer list could be a bit bigger , but overall excellent.
Our waitress was outstanding and if not for her my marks would have been lower. The food was good but basic and I felt it was overpriced for the portions given. My main complaint is with the menu. They say they can accommodate people with gluten allergies and although there was a fair enough to choose from for a main course, it stops there. There are no gluten free appetizers on the entire menu and no gluten free desserts on the entire menu. I don’t expect multiple options but there should be at the very least one thing to choose from in each category, especially from an establishment that touts itself as a “from scratch kitchen”. There are so many restaurants that have multiple options for people with this condition and based on that I will not be returning. Also, the decor was more like an upscale pub and did not warrant the pricy menu.
Really good food. Service was a little slow to get started then it rolled out fine. Thought it was a little pricey for the portions, but desserts were outrageous
The service was amazing and our waiter was super friendly. The food is always better than expected.
I think the food is over priced. I had the halibut with 4 pieces of Asparagus and mashed potatoes that were so normal. $32.00!
Food was tops 3 star quality
Great food and great service. Highly recommend
