This was the first time we've ventured out to a restaurant fo dining in since March. The outside dining experience was great! The tables were well spread out and lots of safety measures in place including all staff wearing masks. Felt very comfortable and the food and service were excellent. Highly recommend!

First off, our server Sam, was fantastic. Great attitude, fun personality.
The drinks were very good.
We sat on the patio and it was perfect. Not crammed, not loud. My wife and I did not have to yell to speak with each other.
Appetizers were good size and delicious.
My wife and I both ordered the Mahi tacos. We love spicy food and fish.
But OMG, the fish was blackened. It was so hot 🥵 it didn’t even taste good. My wife couldn’t even finish hers.
The desserts were very good as well.

Reds couldn't have been a better experience. We met two other couples there for my wife's birthday and had a great time. Everyone there was very welcoming and the food was outstanding, especially the onion rings and mahi tacos.

I usually 'inhabit' the Wigwam Bar but for this birthday lunch with a friend, I opted for Red's as I wanted fish and chips. Where I come from they make amazing fish and chips and I do not expect anything like that here in Arizona. I have had Red's verson before though and it didn't let me down. The fish was delish. I like real 'chips' but that is just me and the American style fries were good. We finished off with a rather lovely Prickly Pear Sorbet. Now that was delightful. Tables were spaced and servers were all masked which is very reassuring. Thank you.

Our daughter was in town, and reserved Red's for dinner. Sat outside. I believe many people are staying inside due to the State Curfew.

I requested a table outside and in the shade and my request was honored. The staff were all wearing masks and some were wearing gloves. The tables were separated appropriately and they removed the booths from inside to allow more tables. I thought the booths were very uncomfortable and was glad to see them gone. Six of us had dinner and everyone enjoyed their food. I tried the enchiladas and they were good but I won't order them again. The burgers were great and the lettuce wraps were delicious. The servers did a good job of dealing with good service and wearing a mask.

Food and service were very good. Was very impressed at the care taken on social distancing and cleanliness / sanitizing procedures taken. Even brought sanitizer along with the check! This was our first time here and we are already talking about going back. They have a very nice patio area with a nice view of the golf course. If you are concerned about going out at this time, this would be a place to try first. As said, they are taking the cleanliness and sanitizing very seriously.

We love this place! That is why we chose Reds to be our first restaurant visit after quarantine. Love the view of the golf course, service was great and as always the food was wonderful.

It was great returning to Red's for a delicious lunch. Our server, Coreen, was excellent as usual; the food was great and the patio overlooking the golf course had an wonderful view. We felt like we were on vacation, especially after staying mostly at home during the last couple of months. Can't wait to return!
the first night out since the restaurants were closed, however, Reds at the Wigwam, is so accommodating, pleasant, service, and overall why it is our "Go To" on the West Side.

I ordered chicken wings well done & crispy, as an appetizer to be served before my entree would come out. Both were brought out basically at the same time. The waitress apologized. After trying the wings, they were definitely not well done. I asked the waitress to bring them back to the kitchen to have them cooked some more to be well done. She gladly complied, apologizing again. They were brought out a second time. They were still no where near well done.
I have eaten here at least 10 times over the past 4 years whenever I travel here for spring training. The wings have always been served well done & crispy when I request that. I don’t understand why that didn’t happen tonight?

We made a reservation and when we arrived they have no table ready. The table they offered with a countertop table with stools. We actually moved four times until an appropriate table was available. We waited long periods in between drinks the main menu and the dessert and they forgot one dessert to the table. They neverApologized for the omission. Will not return.

We always enjoy going there. Not a chain which is what is found in the goodyear/Litchfirld area.
Pleasant quiet spot for a quick meal, drinks or socializing after golf or ball game. The food is average and menu is sparce. (brisket Ruben was a greasy mess). Service was ok and everyone seemed satisfied.

This was the forth time we had been there and it was the worst. We waited 45 minutes for a waiter. When he finally showed up and we ordered our drinks, it took another 20 minutes to get them. The food was wonderful but the service ruined the visit for us.
After waiting at our table for 15 minutes, we had to ask to be waited on. When our food came we had no napkins or silverware. We had to ask 2 different servers for assistance and still none came. Finally a 3rd person answered our request.

Service was terrible. Took forever for server to come take our order. We had to ask at least twice every time we needed our drinks refilled. We went out as part of a birthday celebration so they tacked on a 20% tip onto the bill.
I really do want to see this place be a goto place for the west valley and the neighborhood, but I find myself feeling like it is a gamble to go there.

Service was super super slow. Hostess did tell us up front that it was busy so we had a bit of an expectation but it was much slower than even expected.

I have eaten at Red's many times for lunch. This time we had lunch on the patio and had a good lunch. Inside can get a little noisy when groups of golfers come in from their game. I had a pork sandwich which I would not order again. It was a piece of pork topped with pulled pork. It was good but too much to eat. The other two in the party had salads which they liked.

The food was alright. Very expensive for burger and wings. Fries weren't great, and the waitress was SUPER rushed. Overall it wasnt horrible, but we wont be back.

We have been to Red's before and have been very happy with the food and service. Today however, not so much. Made a reservation and when we checked in they told us it would be 15-20 minutes to be seated. Once seated, we waited for over 10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Finally took our food order and then it took over 20 minutes for it to arrive. when it did the toast on my wife's sandwich was ice cold, my fish and chips was greasy and soggy. Fries were good though.

Went to the Sunday buffet. Everything was delicious, with lots of choices.

When we arrived there had been a mix up in reservations and it took 15 minutes to find a poor table. There was a party of 50 already on the patio which resulted in very slow service. We asked 4 times for a heater and were assured we would get one. It didn't arrive for over 45 minutes. Our appetizer arrived with out cutlery so we had to go hunting. It took forever to get our credit cards back.
Linda we apologies for your bad experience at Red's. We can assure you this is not the norm for us and hope to invite you back for a second chance to wow you!
