Excellent food and wonderful outdoor area.
Brunch was delicious with great service and an excellent atmosphere.
Our server was just not a friendly guy and would leave for long periods of time. He never refilled our drinks and we had to ask for our check after sitting there for 15 minutes.
The food was good. Coffee was cold and our waiter never returned to refill. He was busy taking drinks to tables outside. I had made a reservation but didn't get a good table. We had to stop him to get more coffee and to ask why the food was taking so long.
Character breakfast was very fun for Ll
Food was delicious as always! Took a while to get service and our service was cordial but not particularly friendly.
Going to the bar before dinner, we found the available space sprinkled with food items everywhere, on the bar, on the chairs on the floor beneath. Although, from the looks of it, the previous guest have left long ago, but no cleanup took place. While we waited, the bar area and chairs were wiped clean. We did point out the food on the floor, but that was ignored. We had to step on it to sit on the bar stools. Lack of personnel for the busy hours was the explanation.
Overall, the dinner at our reserved table was very good. The dining space was clean. If you can overlook an unkempt bar and or dining area during busy hours, I recommend this place.
I ordered the barbecued brisket burger and was surprised to see that it was a good size hamburger with a good size portion of beef brisket on top of it. Way too much! I should have inquired as to just went to expect. The burger was good and I saved the brisket for lunch the next day. The ambience, overlooking the golf course, was stunning. It was a drive for us to get there but I expect we’ll go back sometime.
The place was great when you arrive. But when the food arrived, that’s when it took a turn. The steak that my son and I got were not good. I could have gotten a better steak at the market and cooked it myself. No flavor to the steak and even the blue cheese butter didn’t help. Honestly the butter didn’t even melt on top of the steak, it was room temperature.
I asked for a table outside for 6 and that is what was reserved for us. The tables were spaced appropriately for COVID and we appreciated that. The servers were all masked and very attentive. Three burgers, ribs and Caesar salad with salmon were all delicious. I had never tried the Tru Blue and was glad I ordered it. The flavors all meshed perfectly. The only weak order was the wings which were dry. Drinks were all delivered promptly and the food came out of the kitchen in a reasonable amount of time. There is free parking across the street and the golf course setting is lovely.
The only saving graces were the cocktail and the view of the golf course. I have never seen such slow service. I had to ask for water 3 times and finally someone who was not our waitress brought it. The food took forever to come out for a simple bagel and fruit. The bagel was hard and was served with a container of cream cheese. The ambiance of the atmosphere is great and loved the mama’s mocha cocktail. However, this could have been one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Seems to be a theme at the Wigwam restaurants which is a shame since it’s such a pretty resort grounds!
We made a reservation & wanted a fire table. But we were seated in the grass. That was disappointing. They did bring a heat lamp. Other than that it was excellent!! Beautiful view & great wait staff!! Excellent food!
It's important to have a reservation. We were outside which was excellent. However those without who wanted outside seating had over an hour wait. A very pleasant casual dining experience.
Excellent location and delicious food!
Great place to dine after golf! Casual, comfortable and tasty food.
We had Devon as our server who is one of the best there for sure! We got great service this time. Good was good. I do wish all servers were this attentive. Some of them are really bad.
The staff was so accommodating as I originally thought I wanted outdoor seating but was too cold. They were very nice about moving us inside. All staff were masked and service and menu variety was great!
Other than needing some hot sauce options, such an
Small sports bar located on the golf course. Family friendly restaurant with a smaller menu. Visited for dinner on Friday evening. Service and food was above average. Will visit again for breakfast/brunch.
Breakfast potatoes were so greasy; tasted old. I opted not to eat them. My husband ate them & within minutes had to use restroom 3 times before heading home. Use to be our favorite place for breakfast 😣
Service was fair, but the place was busy. Food was very good (chicken club, cobb salad)
Someone gave us a gift card to Red's so were eager to try it out. Was okay but probably won't make the trip back. I had the ribs which were on the dry side, my husband had the brisket Rueben and he thought it was okay and my daughter had some chicken sandwich and also thought it was okay. Liked the fries and pickles and onion ring appetizers better.
The atmosphere was nice and they had a lot of TVs for sports. We ate inside but the outside setting looked comfortable.
Was nice to try but too many other restaurants waiting for us.
Great location - could have used another heater.
Great outside dining with delicious food. Service was very good and friendly.
Pleasant experience but nothing special or memorable-but servers were very accommodating and service was good.
Service is always great and was today again. Food was hot and delicious and drinks cold and quickly refilled.
Was excited to try Reds. We went for Sunday brunch. We were greeted at the door by a friendly hostess by the name of Yesenia. I requested outside seating and request was granted. Once seated we were not addressed for about 10-12 minutes. And once we were addressed our server seemed less than enthusiastic. I try to give servers the benefit of the doubt. Maybe he was tired. Maybe they were short staffed. We ordered our drinks and food. Drinks took about 8 - 10 minutes to get to our table. My mother in law and I both ordered the eggs Benedict. It was very good. It came with some fried potatoes that were very good as well.
Overall: great food. Service needs some attention. Will I go back? Yes.
We had received a recommendation to go here and were staying at the resort but were sadly disappointed. We ordered onion rings for an appetizer and they were cold. Our server noticed the full basket and never said a word. Our fish and chips were very undercooked and the coleslaw and mushrooms in it. I inquired about this and our waiter said it doesnt have mushrooms, but I pointed them out to him on my plate. He said they must have dropped from something else. Eww!!! The mango sorbet had a weird powder on it that was very unappetizing. Service started fine and then we could not find our waiter for 10-15 minute intervals. We almost left with just cash on the table when he finally appeared with the bill. We will not be back.
The food and service is always great here. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio overlooking the golf course. I highly recommend. My only small complaint was the country music playing on the outside speakers.
Food and service were terrific!! View of the golf course was beautiful! The only reason I didn’t give all 5 stars was this...while the hostesses were very sweet, they asked me to put on a mask to walk through a room of people dining maskless (obviously:) to go to our outdoor table. I kindly replied I have exemption approved medical conditions that prohibit me from masking. Again, she was very kind. I suggested we walk around the outside to get to our patio table. She happily agreed:). “Problem” solved but...
Will definitely return a d recommend this restaurant!!
I had the Arizona Burger with sweet potato fries with a Wigwam beer. Was outstanding.
Beautiful outdoor venue. Would be great for a wedding! The food was good- not incredible but good bar and grill type food. The service was good. We enjoyed it and will be back.
Walking into the restaurant I was immediately in love with the ambience. It was the perfect atmosphere to celebrate Valentine's Day with my fiance. I was pleasantly surprised the restaurant offered a Romance Menu and overall cost per couple was $36. The service was wonderful and waiter was attentive.
Thank you Red's Bar and Grill for making our Valentine's Day a memorable one!
Beautiful scenery, great service, yummy food
Is look like they have a few servers and the services is no what I expected
Had a wonderful lunch. It was a perfect day
This was our first visit. Nice, clean comfortable environment. Staff was courteous, professional and a real delight. Won't be our last time to visit.
Enjoyed our early supper. Ate indoors because it was too windy outside. Enjoyed our experience!
We had reservations for 3:45 pm. Arrived at 3:43. We were sat at our table until 4:02 without one person to acknowledge us, let us know a server would be with us soon, didn't even get asked if we wanted water while we waited. We just sat for over 15 minutes and still no one came to our table. This was our first date night since having our second child, we were celebrating my husband's birthday. Also, we were on a time frame with the babysitter. I was just disappointed in the lack of awareness of staff. They didn't seem busy. We walked out and went to a Wigwam bar where upon being sat were offered and were treated super well.
