   Three friends gathered fir great food and conversation. We achieved both. Mixed drinks and appetizers to start that were delicous and satisfying. Our dinner was serviced without delay and each dish was a tasty treat.

   It was a very cold night but my office ventured out for our holiday event. Although we missed a few folks we had a ball. However the ambiance was nice but it was very cold inside as we were tucked away on the side of the house but we really enjoyed ourselves. I would recommend that they invest in space heaters...especially to place near the entrance. A few of my team members shivered their way warm throughout the event. Again, it was a sheer joyful event.

   If you are going to call an hour before arrival to confirm the reservation and ask if you need any highchairs or boosters suggesting you are family friendly, you might want to reconsider the music that gratuitously uses the N word and the F word. We had no kids, but I was embarrassed for the table with kids next to us. Either you are family friendly or you are not. If you are going to call an hour before arrival to confirm the reservation, you might want to mention that the gas grill is not working and that half the menu including more than half the appetizers, all of the sandwiches and all of the 'salads' with grilled items are not available. If you are going to ask for drink orders, you might consider serving all of the drinks for all of the party at the same time rather than just nonalcoholic drinks prepared by the server while the bartender is still making the drink (as if the four active tables on a slow Monday night overwhelmed the bartender). If you are going to take an order for a Maker's Mark Bourbon, it's not a good idea to present the drink followed by a check with Bullet Bourbon on the check. If you are going to take orders for appetizers, it's a good idea not to serve them at the same time as the entree. If you are going to pay someone to seat people, it's a good idea to be at the front of the restaurant when they arrive rather than having conversations with the bartender and the server. If you are going to pay someone to seat people, it's a good idea for the person to look up from folding napkins by the window to say thank you for your business when they depart. The sad thing is the food was pretty good. The service was friendly. But at the end of the day, no one taught this server some basic skill sets or how to perfect his craft. Friendly service is not good service and too many restaurants like this equate the two. Regrettably, I over tipped and said nothing. Been here several times. Not bad. Just not good.

   We will not be going back. While the majority of the food was solid, the quality of service was unacceptable. We have frequently patronized this restaurant for brunch, and it was a favorite for bringing out of town guests. They appear to have changed some of the recipes, including the hash. It took over an hour to get another cup of coffee, food was brought with no silverware, etc. Management seemed to have handled our issues well and provided a discount, but it's not enough. We're just too disappointed.

   My reservation was not honored - Food wait was insane. You should let ppl know when you are having special events. I use to come all the time. Don't know if I will come back to this location.

   This venue should never host special events while having brunch - totally disorganized, did not recognize my opentable reservation - suggest having time limits for seated guests that do not order any food! If it was not for my party buying lots of drinks would have totally ruined the bday festivities - also they bartenders decided to end bottomless drinks early (30 minutes early).

    We were at Fringe & stopped for dinner in a break between shows. We ordered an appetizer, side salad & pizza to share. They were all good. Unfortunately, all 3 were brought out together and when we got to the pizza it was cold. My suggestion is to mention that you want the entree after the appetizers although one would expect trained wait staff to realize this.
