Red Square at Mandalay Bay
To the right of the Frozen Ice bar, you’ll find our famous Vodka Vault, stocked with around 350 different types of vodka from all over the globe and maintained at temperatures of between 0 and -5 degrees Fahrenheit. Inside, you can take shots of vodka atop a 3-foot-tall statue of Lenin’s head.

Decided to try this restaurant while waiting for a show to start. The cheese bread was delicious and worth the wait! The grilled octopus is a must try, also very tasty. Our party of six ordered the filet mignon, chicken paprikash, scallops, and Branzino fish, all dishes were great. Check out the vodka vault too :)
Excellent service and food was amazing! So much so, my husband and I went back second day because we enjoyed our time at red square so much. Johnnie and the female waitress were attentive and went out of their ways to make us feel comfortable and welcoming. We will be back next Vegas trip!!
Great atmosphere. Beautiful interior. Strong cocktails. Add Russian music and it would be better. Pelmeni needs more meat and more prices for cost. Chicken paprikash is excellent but the name has. I thing to do with paprikash. Overall great place. Best in the hotel in my opinion.
You would think with a name like Red Square they would have Russian Food! NO Russian Entree’s !!! All American food. Extremely disappointed. We did not eat we walked out and went to another Restaurant. The hostess and server said this happens a lot and Customer is the Disappointment
We have not been to Red Square for many years. The service and food were awesome. We enjoyed Dave who was our server and took good care of us.
A very sad experience. If they didnt have to cook the food it was passable. So stick to caviar tasting and steak tartare. The beef stroganoff was inedible and the meatballs were revolting. The service was very shabby.
I want to give this place five stars but can't in good concience. Had the bone in rib eye with brussel sprouts. Rib eye $55 was pretty good but not great, brussel sprouts $9 were cold. Caviar sampler $24 was good, but came without explanation of what was what. Dirty russian martini $35 was really good, second one was not so much.
Have been there in the past 4/5 years ago and remember a great experience.
Like the decor but needs updating.
Service was prompt and friendly.
Very interesting Soviet style decor. Dimmed light atmosphere. Food was delicious! Be sure to try the cheese bread!
Loved the Beef Stroganoff! The Cheese Bread was to die for.
The waiter, Brent, made feel right at home, answering our questions and describing our selected food. The drinks were on the mark and delicious. My wife ordered the Bone in Ribeye Steak with a side of Julienne mushrooms while I had the Beef Stroganoff with a side of Fingerling potatoes. The meats were tender and prepared exactly as ordered and the seasoning was great. Neither of us had room for dessert and the prices were reasonable for Las Vegas.
Absolutely a GREAT place. We were in Vegas looking for something unique. This place did not disappoint!
If you want Russian food or ambiance this is not the place for you. Sure they have pelmini and caviar but thats about the end of the Russian experience. They were playing American pop music which really works well with the USSR menus. Overall there isnt enough genuine Russian dishes on the menu and the price for any of them is outrageous. Went here hoping to find an upscale Russian restaurant but ended up with an American resturaunt with a few Russian words thrown onto the menu. The food was delicious dont get me wrong but you dont go to a themed resturaunt for the best food, you go for the theme which is where this location fails horribly.
Having read some reviews from previous customers I was a bit hesitant. I wasn't looking for authentic russian food so I can't say if what's on the menu is or isn't authentic. All I know is the service for us was very good. The food we ordered upon recommendation of the server was delicious. The ambience is funky old, workers paradise chic. And it is quite dark inside. The only issue we had was that it was so dark we had to read the menu by cell phone flash lite. We will go back to this place.
Very few Russian choices. Relatively slow, and very very small portions.
From drinks to desert it was a wonderful relaxing yummy experience.
Excellent food and service
First of all, our event was a 47-year reunion of colleagues that really hadn’t seen each for some time. The service staff went out of their way to accommodate all my requests. The special little alcove was the perfect setting and the meals were superb! The whole night was made special because of Red Square’s atmosphere and service. Thanks so much!!!!
Enjoyed my return visit.
Cocktails and appetizer cheese bread were the only good food items. I had chicken papikash that was chicken over cooked with bones in. Tossed in salad. No dressing or sauce. Maybe Russians have a very different twist on this dish. Salad was so sweet w dressing i couldn’t eat it. Would never go back for food. Martinis were excellent
Great ambience, delicious food. Plates were small, but still shareable. Not a budget meal, but not a wallet breaker.
Our server (California woman that was prego) was exceptional in every way.
The food was good and portions were very filling. We had the veal pelmeni as our appetizer which were gnocchi sized not full sized dumplings like we were expecting, mushroom stroganoff which came with short rib on the bone and plenty of noodles as well as the scallops which came with 3 scallops. The waitress was a little pushy so we got the bacon Brussel sprouts which were good. I wish they had an appetizer sampler so I could have tried more things.
Great, friendly service. Good quality food with a modern twist.
Enjoyable experience...really tasty pierogi, and cheese bread that was semi cooked at the table. We had more food than we could eat. But we still managed to order the fruit dessert which was light and tasty.
Nice dinner before a Las Vegas show. We were early and enjoyed that it was still quiet. Good food and nice vodka!
When we arrived for our reservation we noticed there were only 3 tables with patrons eating at them. Red flag #1. We were seated at a booth next to a table of people who were extremely loud and arguing with their server about something. I will say the server did an excellent job of controlling his temper and stayed professional with these obnoxious and rude customers. Red flag # 2. The table in which we were seated did not have a complete place setting at it, which to me is unacceptable in a supposedly high quality restaurant. Red flag #3. It also took several minutes for us to be acknowledged and have someone bring us menus. Red flag #4. The worst though was when we noticed that the wooden ledge surrounding our booth was very dusty and there was stuffing coming out of the back of the cushions. At this point we decided to take our business elsewhere.
It was a great experience... food was delicious and server was gracious
This is a beautiful restaurant with great ambiance the service was excellent. The food is great, yes it is a little more on the higher end but it’s worth the experience.
The hostess was kind, checked us in and escorted us to the bar for Happy Hour drinks before dinner. Our bartender, Robin, was friendly and prompt. Our waiters were Antonio and Tony, they took great care of us!
Excellent meal, good service, and nice quiet dining.
Such a classic Las Vegas experience. Not as popular as it used to be, but the food is still as great as always, and best martinis in town. Have been going there every year for almost 20 years now
I remember this as the Red Door it had a Russian flair to its menu that is now gone one bright note they still have great vodka
Always fantastic, vodka, caviar, entrees, deserts and service from this not to be missed restaurant!
Red Square was wonderful in all categories. I would recommend it for a special occasion.
Good food and service. We did notice that the furniture is showing wear.
Interesting restaurant. Russian inspired dishes. Would try it again.
If you expect to have Russian food - find another place. Nothing related to Russia except ussr style.
Was recommended this restaurant by friends and was excited to visit. The exterior looked great, huge lenin statue, red light - exciting!
We were seated immediately but not attended to for 15 minutes. Drinks were okay. The caviar sampler was good but not presented well.
Main entrees were just okay, presented well but not very flavorful. I don't think I would been there again.
Food presentation was mediocre for a supposed upscale LV restaurant. Service was scarce and awful. Steak temps were completely wrong. Three of the eight in our party became sick (two were violently ill after we left, including myself.) The only thing that was even remotely worth it was my ONE drink. (Whiskey over ice - hard to screw that up.) Ok, the mashed potatoes were good, too.
In a nutshell, I’d rather wait an hour for a burger than go back. No second chance here.
To be fair, they did comp the steak (medium that came out black & blue) that made my niece sick.
If you just want vodka and caviar, go here. Otherwise, there are way better options right around the corner.
This was our first trip to Vegas and were VERY excited for all the incredible restaurants. We had never tried Russian food and Red Square looked incredible so we made a reso. The food was DELICIOUS!!! We ended up sharing several small plates. Deciding what to get was the hardest part but our favorites were the caviar sampler, perogis and the cheese bread (TRUST ME, the presentation is worth it). The server left a lot to be desired and was certainly not interested in chatting with us which was fine since the atmosphere and food were so great. Highly recommended!
