    The restaurant is located inside the Hilton thunder Road property. the restaurant is immaculately maintained and staff are very attentive and professional. The food is cooked to order via a open face kitchen

    My husband and I are on vacation and staying at the Buffalo Thunder resort, we enjoyed our dinner, it was a little busy,but our server apologized for our wait, and from then on no problems. We enjoyed the rest of meal and the evening.

    Great food, enjoyed the crispy calamari with a green chili ranch dressing and a margarita pizza. Sat near the good looking kitchen with a pizza oven. We would like to come back soon.

    Food and service was excellent. The noise level, and the fact that some of the patrons appeared to have come in from the pool area at the resort (wearing shorts and flip-flops), took a little bit away from the ambience that was expected of such a highly renowned restaurant.

    We had excellent, perfectly cooked filets, and the desserts were notable. Had no trouble finding a lovely red wine to pair with both. Service was quite good, only slowing slightly one every table filled.

    You know I was worried after reading the recent reviews but our server was great, a little busy due to a performance at the resort but still attentive. The food was executed and I always like cruising through the lobby to check out the art

    The ambiance was nice. Service was fair. We asked if they had bread and waiter said they don’t offer it. Then we looked at appetizers and there was a bread basket as an option. So, instead of just explaining that yes they have bread and it is an appetizer the waiter just left us to figure it out. I ordered a filet and it was the absolute worst piece of steak I have ever had. I expected to gently cut into it and what I had to do was saw it! That tells you how hard it was to chew as well. It was cooked to a nice medium with plenty of pink. It should not have been tough. The waiter did offer to bring another but I chose not. What good would another bad cut of meat do? The waiter did offer a complimentary dessert.

    Have eaten at this restaurant several times over the years, it has been hit and miss now the last few visits. Friday August 4, 2023 was a complete miss. Menu is limited, we skipped app because nothing was appealing, ordered the Pork Tenderloin and Chicken dinners. Both very overcooked and dry, but both had sauces that were delicious. The pork was to come with a whipped sweet potatoe (with green chile) side, but was served with mashed potatoes instead. When asked about this, was told that they no longer serve the sweet potatoe side. Tip to restaurant, reprint your menu - its just paper, or let customers know that this is no longer offered when they order the plate. Service was nothing special and timings were fine. Disappointing that this restaurant has fallen so far from previous great dinners. BTW, the hostess Bronwyn is a gem! She is so friendly and personable, a real treat in an otherwise terrible evening out.

    We haven’t been to the Red Sage in over a year and the reviews were not good. We went last night which was very busy due to the George Thorogood concert. It was really busy but we were seated fairly quick, the food was very good and a good wine list at pretty good prices. Service was good and the hostess was really working hard. We will be back to see how it is on a regular night but we enjoyed the dinner and the service.

    10 entrees on the menu and they were out of 2 of them. Potatoes were cold and lumpy and veggies under cooked. Waiter pressured us to hurry up and order then we never saw him again. When steak arrived chef said he’d be back with steak knife. 5 minutes later I had to ask a bus person for a steak knife. $20 salad is worth maybe $6. Don’t waste your time or money on this overpriced restaurant

    Barely warm potatoes and a poor quality cut of ribeye. Previous visits were better food and servicewise. For $150 without alcohol for 2 people, I expected more. I don't mind spending the money if food and service are good, but do mind spending that kind of money for just ok food.

    We went for my moms birthday. Our table was basically by the entrance-noisy and not intimate. They knew it was a birthday celebration. Food was ok but the waiter did not mention the soup was very spicy. The ordered coffee was not delivered. They had no olive oil for the $6 paid for bread. They did comp the dessert for mom. All on all, I’d go back for drinks at the bar. They were ample and delicious.

    We’ve had better experiences here pre-COVID. The food was good but prices were high for the meal. There was a very limited menu to chose from. For about $14.00, I got a very small cup of the soup of the day, green chili chicken. I had a bowl of lobster bisque with a lobster paw in it at another restaurant for about the same. For the cost, a bowl should have been served. My husband had the rib eye and I had salmon, both were good but not outstanding. The room we ate in was very warm. Given it was where we were staying and not a drive, it was an ok experience.

    Slow service. Very small dinner menu We had a table close to the bar and some people in the bar were watching a game and got very loud. It made it very hard to converse with people at the table

    Gave ourselves 1 1/2 hours for dinner before concert and never got our entree’s in time to make concert. Was a limited menu and still they could not serve us in time. Never going back!

    Food was a little pricey for the quality. Best part oft the experience was the ease of the reservation and getting seated at my reservation time. Wait staff was a little slow and did not offer much information. Overall, I would say a pretty average experience.

    Had a wonderful dining experience with my wife on her birthday. Reservation was at 7:00pm. Greeted by friendly host. Had drinks and Brussel sprouts appetizer. Very friendly waiter, he went over the menu was very courteous and polite. He also kept checking to make sure we were ok. Excellent food, wonderful service, nice ambiance. Pricing a little expensive but we can blame part of that on inflation and ”Brandon”

    We had reservations but they had to find us a table. I think they let too many people in without reservations. They sat us in the bar right next to the open hotel corridor. We ordered drink, appetizers and a bread basket. When a server brought out the appetizers she said the bread was being freshly baked. It would be out in a minute. Our appetizers were room temperature not hot. We told the waiter and the manager came over and offered to make us more appetizers. We said no because we were going to the concert and we’re waiting on our steaks. The appetizers were tasty but should have been hot, cool fried calamari is unappealing. The bread finally came but for being fresh out of the oven, it, too, was not hot. We waited for our steaks, but after about half an hour more, I found the manager and said we are leaving. They did comp the meal, we paid for our drinks. This restaurant is in the Buffalo Thunder Resort and Casino. I expected much better from a Hilton property. I can’t comment on the entree because we didn’t eat them.

    We’ve visited Red Sage on several occasions and the food has been superb. The one area Red Sage failed in on our most recent visit is the service. The waitress was slow to attend to us upon being seated, we wait approximately 10 minutes for service. We ordered drinks and when one mixed drink was ordered she asked what was in it rather than relying on the bartender’s knowledge. The ingredients were given to her; sadly, the drink came out wrong. The wine order was also incorrect as we had 3 people sharing a bottle of white wine and one ordering a glass of red, that came out backwards and needed to be fixed. We ordered appetizers, their Brussel sprouts are delicious, and while they arrived the second, breadbasket, appetizer did not, she had forgotten to put in the second appetizer but corrected the matter. The second time the mixed drink was ordered, she once again asked what was in it and instead of repeating the ingredients, we asked if she could simply ask the bartender if he could make it, which she did, and the drink was perfect. Two people in our party ordered additional drinks towards the end of the meal but they didn’t arrive until we had finished eating (approximately 15 minutes). This was not an issue with our service but an incident we observed while eating dinner. A couple at the table next to us stepped out for a moment, the woman having left her jacket and purse at the table. They had ordered prior to stepping out yet while they were out, their table was cleared, and another couple seated. The couple had not been gone very long and the woman had left her jacket and purse at the table. We just found it odd that the tabled had been cleared without having notice the jacket and purse remaining at the table. Hands down a wonderful food but the service needs improvement.

    The food was good and we had a nice evening but the customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I wanted an Asian salad but I don’t eat beef. So I asked if I could have it with chicken or shrimp or calamari. They flat refused . The manager said he would o it for a slight up charge and we agreed but they brought the steak salad and a calamari meal and charged us for both. It was totally UN called for and unprofessional. Our waiter agreed and he was great. The situation was very rude
