   This was my husband's and my 63rd wedding anniversary and we chose The Woodstock Inn, Red Rooster Room as are first place to dine out since, yes, Covid! It was well worth the wait...the Mussels were beyond compare, husband said hangar steak was delicious, and when wait staff were told it was our anniversary..they even gifted me with my Prosecco! Wait Staff very courteous, and conscientious and would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Vermont and Woodstock in particular.

   We had an incredible fine dining experience at Woodstock Inn's Red Rooster! From service, local recommendations, and the actual food, it was nothing short of amazing. We were visiting from the city and being able to be in such a serene dining room with an intentional and comfortable seating layout, was certainly worth noting.

   I have fond memories of eating at the Woodstock Inn from childhood through early adulthood, and I was glad I had an opportunity to stop in for lunch on my way home from Montreal. I had the Lamb Flatbread and the Lemon Posset for dessert and both were equally wonderful.

   Ambiance, service and food are excellent. Please add more vegetarian options to the menu. It is very meat-focused and there is only one vegetarian entree (cauliflower).

   From time to time I meet two members of my family at the Red Rooster for lunch. WE come together her because it is a half way point. When we arrive though, the hospitality, the place, the friendly greeting, the high quality, creative menu remind us why we choose the Red Rooster. Thank you for being part of our family get togethers. You make them extra special.

   The Red Rooster is terrific! Friendly, professional service. Great beverages and food including local, vegan, and vegetarian. Pleasant energy yet quiet enough to enjoy good conversations.

    Everything about this place exceeded expectations. I proposed to my girlfriend right outside the inn and when we went to dinner they were so sweet and generous and made our night even more special with an expert wine recommendation, perfect service and delicious food. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience.
