We always enjoy RR, Birkdale. After arriving early for a 6:45 reservation and being asked to stand against the wall, awaiting our table, another server came and said a couple, eating, was uncomfortable w us being so close. We were, at least, 10+feet away, all medical professionals, so vaccinated, masked and the four of us huddled in conversation, w our backs to them. We started to refuse, ridiculous request, but we went to the sidewalk where it was even more congested! We were seated at 7:15. Though 30 minutes past our reservation time, Cassius made up for the unpleasantness prior and we had a wonderful evening celebrating a birthday. Red Rocks is tremendously lucky to have a staff member like Cassius. Our drinks were perfect, salad in short fashion, meals hot and delicious. He is a fantastic asset!

Red Rocks is one of our favorite restaurants. The food is delicious and always consistent. The atmosphere is great too. Sitting outside is another great option.

Minimal wait even with a reservation. The staff was great. Our server was outstanding and ensure we had a great experience. Food was great. We requested some items no longer on the updated menu and they were able to accommodate all but one.

It was my birthday. The waitress was clearly ready to leave for the day. She lacked the energy and enthusiasm I was hoping to have on my special day. She seemed inexperienced as well. The ribs used to be wayyyy better and was why I picked this restaurant in the first place. I was disappointed. Ehhhh. I won’t go back anytime soon.

Akira was great. She took care of three adults who were anxious to get in adult drink orders after a hard day and demonstrated a lot of patience for two 11 year old boys with a lot of energy. Even when the boys wanted to go see the desserts and she took them to the cooler to see them. After all the looking and talking they decided they did not want a slice of cake for their recent birthday after all.

Great atmosphere, cozy seating, covid precautions being taken. I had filet medallions with lump crab meat in a bernaise sauce with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus - steak was cooked perfectly mid rare and the dish had lots of flavor. My boyfriend had the denny Hamlin steak dish with filet medallions in a blue cheese sauce with fried onion strings, also with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The house wine special was decently priced and went well with the meal. Will definitely come back again for another date night.
Overall RedRocks is a nice place to treat ourselves to dinner. We go once or twice a year and it’s usually pretty reliable.

Overall I love Red Rocks. All the main courses were delicious. The wedge salad I ordered came with the meal, not before , and was subpar at best. The waitress didn’t offer desert at all , and although nice and friendly, not on top of everything. Also , after we paid , she came to get the check prior to us leaving, and that to me is rude and inconsiderate. I will go back to Red Rocks again , because every other time it has been spot on.

The food was great, but we felt a little rushed. I know it was Valentines Day, so they were getting as many tables in and out as possible. Our reservation was for 5:15pm and we were done with an appetizer and entree and paid our bill and left before 6:00pm.

Food and service was very good. The restaurant was noisy, but that could have been partly due to our table location. High traffic area. It seemed like there was a sense of urgency to get you waited on, served and get you the bill. I realize it was Valentines Day and they were booked, but a little more relaxed atmosphere would have been nice. We still like Red Rocks and will definitely come back.

This was our first Red Rocks dining experience. We chose to dine here for the Sunday brunch and it was never offered. I asked the waitress about brunch and her reaction was “oh, yes we’re serving brunch!” I declined. We both had the coconut encrusted salmon and it was delicious! The asparagus and wild rice were outstanding as well. I ordered a mimosa which was very flat. I prefer Bellini’s. I wish there were more choices on the Valentine’s Day menu. Overall it was a great dining experience and we will definitely go again!

Red Rocks is quiet making conversation pleasant. They offer a really varied menu that should offer something for all tastes. They're also really good at double checking for food allergies when an order is placed. The food and the service are great!

We had not been to Red Rocks since before their fire, but it was very nice and relaxing. The wine special was good and affordable. Service was good. It was peaceful with appropriate social distancing. We enjoyed all of the dishes. The asparagus was especially tasty as it was perfectly seasoned and cooked. We will return.
It was great overall. Server seemed to be new - we had to ask for silverware and didn’t put our Prosecco on ice as requested but otherwise was attentive.
Great food and service. Definitely will be back.

The waitress was stretched between the tables and took awhile to get things we request. The waitress was all smiles and energetic. Overall she left me a very positive experience. The food was dynamic.

Good dinner as usual. We ate there during Charlotte Restaurant week and we ordered off a special menu which was a great value. We got an appetizer, salad/soup, entre and dessert all for $40. The filet tenderloins with a creamy gorgonzola sauce were very tasty.
