Red Rocks has an expansive menu which can fit anyone's preferences. I have never had a bad meal here and the service has always been outstanding. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic spot, this is not it as it is bustling and busy. Prices are quite fair given the quality of the meals

My husband and I chose this restaurant as it is close to the movie theater and it did not disappoint. Sebastian was our waiter and he was kind, attentive and organized. We never were waiting on anything and he constantly checked in to ensure we were well. The food was amazing and cooked very well and very flavorful. My only reservation would be the pricing is a little high but it seems to be the trend these days with the economy we are in.

Have been dining with 4 adults. Service treats you like in a fast food restaurant to get the table vacant for the next guests. Food is from lower quality and not spectacular taste. Much better places to eat nearby Birkdale Village.

At my request we were seated outside. However, I didn’t ask for a table that leaned. You’d think they would make sure the tables were level. Also, one sandwich was to come with bacon, but it was so burnt that it had to be sent back. It should have never been plated. Not sure I’ll return any time soon. Firebirds is a much much better option.

Everything was lovely. The only modification I would suggest is the lighting level, which was too low for a lunch gathering of girlfriends. I’m sure that setting would be fine for a romantic dinner.

We went for Valentines Day and the food felt like they had made a lot and just warmed it when it was brought out. My husbands ribeye was over cooked and my salmon was mushy. The meal was not impressive at all. I could have cooked at home. Not what I expect for a $300 dinner. Our server was super nice and knowledgeable about the menu. Not her fault the food was sub-par

I specifically asked for a booth on my reservation and one was not available at the time I arrived. The host, in my opinion should have asked me would I rather take a table now or the first available booth rather than seat me right away. I expected more attention to detail from Red Rocks. The waitress was also not very attentive as my drink was empty for a few minutes and she walked by several times. I was also disappointed that because I didn’t participate in the valentine day special I was not allowed to have the dessert on the special menu.

We were there for lunch. Two of us had the lobster ravioli, one had the chicken Caesar salad and one had the she crab soup and potato cakes. Food was excellent and portions were just right. Servers were attentive and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Would have liked a few more choices on the sandwich menu.

Mary Kate was an absolute pleasure to have as a server. She was pleasant very attentive and just all around nice server! First time we have been here the desserts were running out, last day of queen feast that’s understandable. We were give 5 layer chocolate cake was fantastic!!

This was my first visit to Res Rocks and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though it was restaurant week, all of the hostess to waitstaff, to the cooks kept the flow. The food was AMAZING !!!

Food, delicious. Dessert (cake) was very dry. My biggest disappointment was that I asked for 9oz wine and my friend asked for 6 oz. They were both the same. I told waitress, Casey. She saw it but I was still charged for the 9 oz price.

Went to Red Rocks Cafe during restaurant week with our friends and enjoyed a nice meal. Everyone ordered off the Queen’s Feast fixed price menu which was $40 pp. I ordered the fillet which was like butter my wife ordered the Lobster ravioli topped with a cream sauce, shrimp and asparagus. Big portions and nice presentation. Made reservations and were seated right away. Very good service! Would recommend but be sure to make a reservation!

My husband and brother in law ordered the lemon herb chicken. To say it was gross, (no flavor and mushy chicken) is an understatement. We did speak with the manager. He made it right. They ordered another dish. Kudos to him!!

I've eaten at Red Rock's in Birkdale many a times. However, the shrimp cocktail appetizer was four shrimp on a plate with a bowl of cocktail sauce. The kale salad was just that. Kale lettuce with a splash of lemon juice. My steak was supposed to be medium. It was barely pink inside. The broccoli side was too tough. It needed to be cooked a bit longer. The waitress did a fantastic job. She was on top of everything! The noise level was so much, it was difficult to have a conversation with my husband. Maybe that's why I usually sit outside and only go when it is warm enough to do so. I do like Red Rocks but last night, there wasn't anything in front of me that I couldn't have cooked better at home, except maybe the desserts. It was definitely a disappointment. I always look forward to Queen's Feast each year. Red Rocks will not be on my radar next year.
