Red Pepper Taqueria
the neighborhood where you can kick
back, relax and have a great time!
Can you imagine living in a world without
tacos? We can’t either.
From organic ingredients to fresh seafood,
these bold flavors are folded into amazing
dishes. In fact, you'll find many items on our menu were sourced right here in Georgia. We love this food and think you
Taquería might be our name, but tequila is
our game. We’re shaking things up with
hand-crafted margaritas and over 100 tequilas.
The service was awesome and so was the food. Great brunch without the hassle of downtown. I highly recommend it.
Bottomless Mimosas $15, they were good. The waitress kept coming by to make sure our glasses were full. I'm vegan and the veggie tacos were pretty good.
Fantastic tacos and my husband love his beef quesadilla.
Came for my cousin's birthday and it was amazing! Pleasant to the palate!
Good time all around
Perfect place for a work lunch with coworkers. I usually get the kale salad but I opted for the fiesta grilled salad as suggested by our server Maria. Very happy with my choice and glad my colleagues enjoyed as well!
Food was delicious.
Loved all the tacos choices!! Had a great time with friends, definitely coming back to try their brunch!
Unfortunately, Red Pepper underwhelms. It’s incredibly expensive for Mexican food and the ingredients are mediocre. I personally won’t spend 14 dollars for two tacos and rice and beans. Tack on 12 dollars for a margarita that isn’t pure mix and you’re at 30 bucks for 2 tacos, rice and beans and a margarita. Oh, 6 dollars more if you want chips and salsa for the table :) if that’s what you want to spend your money on when going out for Mexican then please go ahead and consider red pepper.
Speedy service and it’s great to have an option where you can make a reservation for Mexican food but it’s loud and the floor under our table was very dirty and the food was just ok so we probably won’t come again.
Had dinner here the other night. Food was good, but service poor. The server was very pleasant but clearly overwhelmed and had too many tables to serve in differing parts of the restaurant.
My boyfriend and I went for brunch Sunday. We sat at the bar where we were greeted by a very sweet bartender who took great care of us. The food was delicious and the mimosas were truly bottomless!
I was getting some girlfriends together for a Mexican dinner to celebrate our friend's 50th birthday. Booked because there was available reservations on Open Table and positive reviews. This place did not disappoint...Kale shrimp taco was so delicious and the margaritas were made to perfection! We sat on the patio since it was a beautiful day. The birthday girl was happy, given a free birthday shot and accommodated by turning on the NBA playoffs. This first timer will definitely go back :-)
Made reservations on National Margarita Day in anticipation of it being busy. When we got to the restaurant, the hostess told us “they weren’t taking reservations because they didn’t know it was national margarita day and they only have 3 servers today.” Which is funny, considering all their social media channels and website were announcing it that day. Hostess tried to tell us we would have to wait 45 minutes and we told her that definitely wasn’t happening. We got seated and the waiter was stressed out and it took forever to get food and drinks and checks. There weren’t any special drink offerings either.... nothing out of their normal Thursday special of a $5 skinny margarita. Really lame. Not a great experience and probably won’t be going back. Upper management needs to get it together on “national” days like this.
A great time with great food!
Good food! Glad they were open and not super crowded on Christmas Day. Awesome service! The food and drinks were good. A must have Mojito spot!
Yummy brunch on Christmas day. Employees were friendly and the food and drinks were excellent!
The entrees were fresh and full of flavor. Really good chips and salsa.
This was my first time eating at the Red Pepper, I absolutely loved it! I came here for a farewell luncheon for a colleague. I will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends!
Place has definitely changed service and food was excellent. Our server Destiny was so sweet and just overall good atmosphere. Come here Atleast twice a month. Do yourself a favorite stop by and have a taco and beer and relax.
Staff is very friendly and recommendations were spot on!
We sat outside early afternoon!
There was no one (it Was a bit Chilly!8) on the patio which made the ambience fabulous!!!
Can't go wrong with bottomless Mamosa's! Brunch is amazing try the which came first.
Love this place!!
We an excellent lunch at the bar today. Every Wednesday they have a chefs choice taco for two dollars! Can't beat that...
Great food , service and ambience! What else can you ask for?!
Great poblano soup and love the draft tables. Will def return!
Great drinks, good vibe and amazing food!! The Nachos were spectacular!!! Will be trying their Buckhead location tonight!!
This place was so fun!!! The Kale Me Crazy was my favorite taco and the guac was super fresh. The staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. Will be back with friends!!
This was my first time here, very nice. Took 3 friends from work. Started w Chips, Salsa, and Queso and Fresh Guacamole., really good. Sizzling fajitas to blackened shrimp tacos and fish tacos. WOW what flavor. Cant wait to go back.
Service and bartender..horrible. And we are very patient and understanding peeps!
First Mexican restaurant I've ever been to that didn't offer free chips and salsa. There are a lot of Mexican restaurants out there that do and that's enough for me to choose other restaurants.
Always a good choice for lunch.
It was just meh
Good food. My husband enjoys the tacos. I love their kale salad with shrimp. Kids love the kids fajitas and burritos. They are really large portions. Everything is fresh looking and tasting. The live music is a great, festive addition. I am not certain of the nights this is offered. The inside is pretty loud, so if the weather is good, we prefer the patio. Overall, our families favorite "Mexican".
The food was exceptionally good and surprising. I've ordered queso in many Mexican restaurants and have never had it served sizzling, bubbling over hot with REAL cheeses and mushrooms, truffle oil, onions, and corn baked within!! That ALONE is worth going back for in my humble opinion!!! ABSOLUTELY LOVED the food!!
The service and ambience left something to be desired however . . . But the food was exquisite!
Good variety of tacos but unless you eat outdoors, not a very nice ambience. Patio is also loud (esp if football season!). Use caution...
When we got to the restaurant, we noted that they had a score of 66! I have never seen a restaurant score so low. We decided not to eat there.
We hit RPQ for Mother's Day brunch and were happy with our meal. The shrimp and grits was great, and the tacos (we had several kinds) were all tasty and made with care. The drinks were a generous pour, and the kids menu items were crowd-pleasers. However, the service was a little spotty - some items were brought very quickly, others seemed to be delayed. Overall, a recommended restaurant.
The tacos were very good. The service was friendly but could have been more attentive. Unfortunately the live musician played loud enough that no conversation was possible. More of a club feel than a restaurant experience and at 7pm. We were not warned of this before being seated or ordering so we had to leave soon after eating to continue our dinner conversation.
