Red Koi Lounge Ratings and Reviews
Very good food. I love sushi ,sashimi ceviche in a rather pure form. Some of the items are too elaborate and complicated for my taste. However, the menu is very inventive and fun. The fish very fresh and tasty. My waiter was great, the service from the kitchen fast and efficient. Definitely recommend going there
I was entertaining colleagues from France, and wanted to let them experience as many culinary styles as possible while here in Miami. Red Koi was a great choice for sushi. The Sumo Boat had a great selection of sushi and sashimi, and the specialty rolls were very creative. Our server, Mario, was on point and made great suggestions. We also had the Red Curry as an entree, and they offer duck as a protein choice, which was delicious. Will definitely return to try more of the appetizers!
This is our place of choice for just about any special occasion. We drive 45 miles to condensers and we are never dissapointee. Great food, spectacular service and reasonably price food.
Great ambience, fresh food. You will never be disappointed with this hidden gem.
Service was extremely slow; we had to request help from the manager to get service.
We were a party of four, and one of us got his lobster roll when all the others had finished their food... and the food was not what I expected based on the reviews that I read prior to making the reservation. Additionally, place was extremely noisy due to a party in the second floor.
It was not a good experience.
There were some unique sushi rolls on the menu and we tried a few. Pleasantly surprised with the combinations. A great little find! The upstairs is more of a lounge with low coffee tables and seating, while the downstairs is more of a dining room setting. We'll definitely be back!
A nice and relaxing place to have lunch while enjoying the view of Miracle Mile in the early Sunday afternoon from the restaurant's sidewalk tables. The Santini sushi is delicious - we highly recommend it. The shrimp Pad Thai is a must order - having a very tasting and different kick to it than others we have had. Service was well-timed and friendly.
Overall the restaurant was excellent! The food is absolutely amazing. The seafood is fresh and you can tell! The food is warm and incredibly satisfying, but not overwhelming. The environment is nice and quiet. The servers are very polite and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Service is timely, and not irritating. Workers all seemed happy to be there!
I visited this place earlier this year but did not dine. Finally, I was able to make time to dine there... and it was good. None of the food we had was spectacular but it was satisfactory. Our soup was warm, not hot. The sake was not what I expected especially since we tried one of their special flavored sakes. I am sure the original sake is better. Service was okay, I understand they were under staffed but its not like the place was packed. Either way, good enough to end up there one night but not a place I would 'plan' on visiting any time soon.
We arrived and the table we were given was extra small for two people, not enough space to serve plates, we managed to eat but truly the place was over crowded with tables and not enough space. We ask for another table and our request was denied they say the place was already reserved.
Our food was delicious, but the service this time around was not great. We had to ask for things numerous times before finally getting it. I have never had a bad experience with service except for this weekend so I'm hoping it was just a one time thing. I would definitely go back again because as I said before...the food is amazing!!!
My wife and I had a very enjoyable dinner during the week. Without knowing it, beer, wine and appetizers were 1/2 price... nive surprise. The Service was excellent. The server was very informative, especially when we told him that my wife was a vegan. The Food arrived hot and tasty. We will return for more meals.
