Wanted to come here for a long time as I've read how good their lobster rolls were. As a Mother's Day gift this year, my husband told me lunch here, my choice of date, was my gift. Chose to come on a Wednesday as they serve a lobster dinner all day for $25 . We were both disappointed. He had a lobster roll and I the lobster dinner. We've both enjoyed these same items elsewhere more than we did here.

Fun, fresh and friendly! Witty decor (don't miss the restrooms) and warm, unpretentious service make this one of our new favorite places. The lobster rolls live up to their billing as the main event and the fries are way better than they need to be. Thoughtful seasonal beer selection without the attitude is refreshing both literally and metaphorically.

The lobster rolls at their restaurant were not nearly as good as the truck. Service mistakes. Disappointing.

Their lobster roll is great, but I wish it came with more choices than the standard pickle and slaw.

Saturday night dinner with friends. Have 7:00 reservation and was seated promptly. Funky bathrooms, unisex. Very casual. Went for lobster rolls. Delicious, but not much meat for $24.00. Good selection of tap beer. Fried clam strips were good. Tried all three desserts. Good but $10.00 for key lime pie the size of a cupcake is a bit much. Had fun, very good service.

Cool vibe. Cool place. A little pricey though. Really not worth the money when you realize all that you had was a mediocre lobster roll

Came here from Staten Island on a Saturday, was not disappointed! They staff had a table setup when we walked in. Everything was excellent, from the food to the drinks and the staff.

Poor food quality. The Lobster roll was fine, but everything else was awful (fried pickle chips, hot crab dip & burger). We ordered a burger medium-rare and it was provided well-done. Also, beers took about 15 mins to arrive and the playlist was like an early 2000s soft-rock radio station. Not what you want to be listening to on a Saturday night out in Red Hook! Many better options in the area.

Food was tasty no complaints. The lobster roll was definitely meaty. The drinks definitely didnt lack alcohol . Recommend the lime in the coconut. Yummy!

I had eaten from the Red Hook Food truck based on DC many times. As such, was quite excited to visit their original location. However, the lobster rolls seemed to be lacking. Our party had both the Classic and the Connecticut Rolls. They were full of meat, but didn't seem to have as much flavor as those on the truck. Appetizers were good, service was wonderful.

The service is very good, We had the classic lobster roll, $24.00 well worth the price, must have had 1/2 of lobster on the bun, not a lot of mayo so all you tasted was the lobster. The coconut water/coconut rum cock tale was very fresh and tasty. Looking forward to going back. The only thing we did not care for was we ordered the frided pickles, they were very good, the problem was before we had them 1/2 eaten our lobster rolls came out. Would have liked a little more time in between.

A bit pricey given the portions on the lobster roll. It was the size of a hotdog I also ordered the lobster cheese fries. A bit stingy on the lobster at $18. I probably wouldnt revisit.

Red Hook Lobster Place was the place that showed up when I searched for lobster places where I lived in Brooklyn. We went there for lunch. It was quite quiet at the time but filled out eventually. The server was wonderful. We ordered two lobsters and they were quiet delicious. Loved the beer on tap as well.

Our first time and it was for lobster birthday dinner ... the Wed. Lobster Dinner Special is an excellent value... we discovered there is also a Mon. - Wed. raw oyster discount... another excellent value... the lobster far exceeded our expectations and is well worth returning for even when it is not a special discount... we had appetizers and dessert all good but the focus is still the quality of the lobster.
