We were seated immediately upon arriving for our reservation. Tables were spaced appropriately and the ambiance was very nice. Service was very good . Pricing was as expected for a more high end restaurant on the Island. My dinner was very good, just a bit to salty for my taste, but all in all we will always return to Redfish.

Good experience. We used to go a lot until as we walked in a rude hostess told our guest to remove his hat, he was a senior gentleman and it was not a ball cap. But our two year hiatus is over and the 20 year old hostel is gone. Trey our waiter was fantastic and it was a great experience. We will put it back in our monthly restaurant rotation!

Red Fish may be the best restaurant on Hilton Head in my opinion. Consistently excellent, with many great menu choices as well as daily specials. We both had the Halibut which was prepared perfectly. Service was excellent, as was the wine list. And Covid protocol like spacing and masks was in place, both inside and out. Overall a great experience and a great place. Go there!

First trip post-COVID. Great to see old standards are being upheld. I had scallops and they are definitely worth another trip. Service also very good. Wife really enjoyed crab cakes.

Absolutely the best meal we had on HHI. We arrived early and enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar. That bar staff were great and enjoyed the chance to chat with them. Wonderful start to a fantastic meal. The crab dip appetizer was good, but next time would try something different. The grouper was perfectly prepared and the absolute best meal was the scallops. The lobster Mac and cheese was excellent and I must say the best I have ever had. Makes me want to visit again.

The hostesses could work on being a little friendlier, but otherwise we had a great meal — the food was outstanding, the waiter was friendly and attentive.

We enjoyed our date night and the food and service were fabulous. Our first taste of soft shell crab this season was perfectly prepared and the grouper had just enough spice without being too hot. I'm somewhat of a carrot cake connoisseur and ours had the perfect ratio of cake to frosting! Thanks for a lovely evening.

A perfect meal on our last night in Hilton Head. Trey, our server, was attentive and efficient. We sat on the porch at a quiet table and the food was excellent! We’ll be back soon, I hope.

Great food and service

Our first visit in 18 months. Food not as yummy as I remember. Fries were soggy and crab cake not crisp. Salad was fine. My husband’s flounder was blackened but bland. A disappointment as we are residents and would have liked to go back.

Celebrating our 2nd anniversary. Our waiter was very nice. He gets an ‘A’ from us. The fella with the ponytail/knob that brought the entrees and appetizers, not so much. I guess they had him running all over the place cause he practically threw the plates down and ran off. But overall, everyone was nice.

We got engaged on the island a few years ago and went to Red Fish right after. We were glad to see that they were still around despite COVID. We are praying y’all continue to survive all this nonsense.

Great atmosphere and incredible food. Only negative thing I would say is the service wasn’t great, but the food made up for what they lacked in service.

Down to earth luxury Totally laid back. Food is amazing. We had 3 kids with us and they were totally accommodating and welcoming.
