Ike treated us like family!!! He was kind, courteous, attentive, and mad fun! We left after Katrina, and I hadn’t dined in New Orleans in over 17 years. It was as if we never left home. I can’t wait to come back! Ike made our last night in New Orleans memorable!
Service was slow and my fish (house special) was overcooked. Alligator boudin balls were underwhelming. We topped off our meal with a praline sundae, and though the praline sauce was good, the ice cream was not. We won't be back
Being basically a local- we don’t go to Red Fosh Grill a lot at night but decided to have a relaxing lunch today in the cold weather. What a delight! Service was great, drinks were great, and food ( redfish, sandwich, eggs, grits, bbque oysters) were all darn good.

Gary was a doll! It was our first night back home and he treated us like stars! He was caring and his customer service skills were tops. The food, on both visits, were extremely consistent; the tastes and textures never wavered! Those Brennan’s, boy, I tell ya’! Everything was outstanding! We will definitely return with more guests! Thank y’all!

Food was excellent. We shared the Gumbo and BBQ oysters. Both very good! We ordered the Red Fish & Crap signature dish (very good!), and the bread pudding is to die for! We could have shared our dinner, the portions are big. Our waiter, Ike, helped make our experience at Red Fish Grill even better. He was so helpful, attentive and always had something funny to say.
Celebrated my birthday with friends. Food and service was excellent. Ashleigh our server did a perfect job. Thanks to this wonderful young lady. 🤩
Not the best for New Orleans food.
My wife and I enjoyed our overall experience. The staff was extremely nice and welcoming. Especially our waiter Frank who was extremely accommodating even though it was busy. I had had the Land Gulf that was kind of disappointing being that I was expecting that Cajun kick to it like we saw them show on the Food Network. I definitely recommend this place if ever visiting NOLA.
Still a Big Easy favorite. And at the top of the list is the chocolate bread pudding!

Our server Alyson made us feel so special. She explained many of the menu items as some of the fish were unfamiliar to us. I ordered the redfish and my husband ordered the filet mignon so we're able to share a little surf and turf. Both were cooked perfectly. We had a praline sundae for dessert. As the restaurant was not crowded we could linger over drinks and felt relaxed. This might not be the case on a busier weekend. Very attractive upscale but casual atmosphere!
Restaurant was not crowded at all. Food was fantastic, and our waiter, Ike, was quite the character. My wife just lost her father 6 days prior, so Ike’s happy go lucky mood was just what we needed. Thanks Ike!

Get the bbq oysters trust me!!! Soup was a turducken gumbo with potato salad-one of the better restaurant gumbos I have had. The service was very thorough, but I felt like the waiter was turning on the “Nola hospitality act” a little much for us, might ply better to tourists. Having said that we wanted for nothing and were taken care of. They had a dungeoness crab special that was a great value and very tasty.
This place is not your typical bourbon st joint and I would recommend it to anyone looking for good Nola seafood.

Crabcake was among the best I've ever had, but the signature redfish dish was overcooked and tasted like it might have been frozen. The pecan pie was average. Won't be going back.

We took a quick weekend trip to celebrate the New Year. Enjoyed a lovely brunch here after a late night out. Service was good and they didn’t rush us, which allowed for a wonderful dining experience.
Very accessable restaurant on Bourbon Street. Security at the door is a wise precaution given the energetic alcohol driven vibe on the street. Limited menu provides the highlights of New Orleans/Low Country seafood. The Oysters Gratin is very good with oysters aplenty; the Land/Sea Grits is a riff on shrimp and grits with very dry pulled pork which did not enhance the dish in place of the sausage/gravy usually found with this traditional dish. The menu offers oysters in various presentations and crab focused dishes. It is very wise to have a reservation at this very popular restaurant.
The food was amazing! My filet was so tender I was able to cut it with a butter knife. Ashleigh, our server, was so attentive and personable. Always a top pick for NOLA.

Wonderful food and incredibly thoughtful service by Melanie & others! We just visited for an early dinner prior to the Sugar Bowl and they were on point to get our food & drinks in perfect time. Peacemaker (oysters & shrimp) were hits along with crab cakes and salads. The manager was so charming & came over to visit and offer her support for Ole Miss! Can’t wait to come back.
The only issue was that they thought our reservation was for January 2nd, but it was made for New Year’s Day brunch
